Really friendly, helpful staff. They offered me a cup of tea and a chat while my things were being stored. Couldn't be happier :)

I used Armadillo Self Storage as a place to secure several gym equipment machines in preparation for my gym opening. Given how heavy and large these machines are, I was grateful that Armadillo was able to cater for them in terms of storage size but also in addition to having their forklift and pump truck on site.The ladies on site I can't thank enough - incredibly helpful and there's no doubt we tested their forklift driving skills at times! If you have something to store, I couldn't recommend Armadillo enough and will likely use them myself again in the future.Thanks again to the Armadillo team :)

Been a while since I've been here, google flagged it as I went past but I have rented a unit previously. I rented a large corner unit for furniture clothing and appliances. They are dry and not too cold during the winter, the staff are polite and patient, there are trollies and lifts for ease of storage, the entrance is pass coded and each unit is individually locked. You can bring your own lock or buy one onsite, boxes and packaging can also be bought onside, I found this rather useful. If you do forget your unit number or entrance pass code you van ask at the front desk, some data protection questions will allow the staff to provide your answer. I believe they also work with a removal service if you need help getting your things to the unit or to a secondary location. This will come as an extra cost.

We are really happy with the staff. Really friendly and extremely professional. When we first arrived, we felt welcomed and it also felt like a very personalised and tailored experience. Everyone who worked there remembered us on every visit. We would recommend using the company and if we require extra storage again in the future, we will be happy to use them again.

Poppy was absolutely fabulous. She sorted me out with storage even though what I wasn’t looking for wasn’t available she found me a great alternative at a fab price. I was storing my things under very difficult circumstances and she was incredibly calm and understanding. That lovely lady needs a promotion! Nina has been absolutely wonderful. Her customer service has gone above and beyond for my parents. Really would recommend here!! So helpful.

My locker got wet. No evidence of water coming through the ceiling or walls, so the conclusion was that ground water had risen up into the locker. Sadly ruined several of my items. Ended up being a very expensive place to store goods even before they became water damaged. But the compensation request was easy to fill out and we had a fast response from them so I guess that's good.

From the first conversation I had on the phone with Sam, I could tell that I made the right choice in picking Armadillo Storage. My decision was further validated when I came by the facility as she was able to clearly explain the ins and outs to me while making sure I was comfortably hydrated. She wasn't the only one to provide an excellent service as Poppy was amazing as well. She went above and beyond to help me out, even when it wasn't in her best interest. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I received, and I would recommend it to other customers.
