DS Salon Exeter

It's been a very pleasant experience buying a car from DS Exeter this week. Graham has been asobluetly fantastic - great experience in both knowledge about electirc cars and customer service, it went smoothly from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove the new car away. And it's been a lovely suprise to my wife who's very pleased with the car too.

Only dropping a customers car in for repair but very friendly and helpful staff

Went to buy a Kia Sportage over the road and the sales manager was a complete idiot. Went across the road to Yeomans and met Louis. Was a complete gent, wasn’t pushy gave me a great deal on a new DS7 and a great trade in on my old one. Deal done and new car collected in a week. I walked away with some goodies and felt really happy. An asset to the company. I’ll come back in 4 years to buy another one.

We were helped by Graham Bollard and his Customer Service, Professionalism and Knowledge were exemplary. We felt extremely valued, listened to and informed. 10/10 A+++.

Diabolical (non-existent ) service. 4 hour round trip to find nothing rectified, not even the recall sorted which was the whole reason we drove all the way to Exeter - never again!

If you want a car with a battery that might potentially blow up, DS Automobiles is the place to go.I got my DS7 from the Exeter garage last year.Since having the car it has had several recalls. - almost one every month at one stage!!The most recent being that the battery might explode.I have been in contact with Graham Bollard on numerous occasions as well as DS themselves to get the remaining 5 recalls sorted. They have done nothing!!Left me with a potentially dangerous car that myself and my young family use on a daily basis.This has now been reported to Trading Standards and DVSA.Disgusting service.
