We used Rosedale House for our wedding in September and were so glad that we did- the team produced the most amazing arrangements which really set a stunning background for the day. Michelle was absolutely fantastic throughout, and made the whole process so fun and enjoyable! No challenge was big enough either, including a large flower arch which she and the team completely pulled off and made for a wonderful backdrop on many of our photos. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments throughout the day on them. I would highly recommend Michelle and Rosedale House to anyone looking for a wedding florist or for any other reason! Thank you very much Michelle and team X

Came in yesterday to collect some flowers to place on a grave - my mum asked for autumnal flowers but the flowers didn’t match this. The lady who served us very defensive and when asking for a change; she took out all the roses (4/5 in total) and replaced them with only a few bits of additional greenery. Overall, disappointed with the service.

I ordered a bouquet of summery flowers to cheer up my elderly aunt on her birthday after she had a fall. I specified I wanted colourful flowers such as mostly oranges, reds, yellows etc to cheer her up. The person I spoke to at Rosedale said 'yes, we can supply, whites, purples etc'. I said THREE times 'no, I want colourful flowers as described to cheer her up.' Phoned my aunt up on her birthday and she was underwhelmed as the flowers she received were like a funeral bouquet - and yes, with whites, purples etc but no oranges etc. Phoned to complain today and at the end of the conversation, the person finally admitted they never had any orange flowers in the first place. I handed over £33 in trust for them to complete the order as specified - they did not. Their answer was a refund only if my elderly aunt with mobility issues handed back the flowers - leaving her with no flowers at all due to Rosedale's incompetence. Avoid Rosedale House at all costs - don't trust your money with these grabbers. I will also be taking this further.

Gorgeous. gorgeous bouquet for my Mum's 90th birthday! I asked for something colourful, unusual and fragrant and we received a fabulous display with many unusual blooms and sprigs of mint and fragrant flowers. Mum was thrilled! Would highly recommend Rosedale House Florist to anyone x

Rosedale house done our wedding flowers. 4 bouquets, 4 buttonholes & 2 garland/ decorative pieces. Michelle understood exactly the colours I was going for and the simplicity & elegance of the bouquets I wanted & knew exactly the type of flowers & arrangement style to recommend and show me. They were even more stunning in person than I could have ever imagined & smelt beautiful. So many compliments on them on the big day. Excellent communication throughout the process. Never had to worry once. They were ready exactly when they said they would be for collection. Would 100% recommend and definitely return to using Rosedale house in the future.

I received an absolutely beautiful bouquet of very unusual roses and complementary flowers the weekend before Valentine's Day as a gift. The entire collection of flowers have lasted well over 3 weeks and even now are only partially fading, 4 weeks on. I fully recommend and would certainly use again.
