Move Me Sooner

Many thanks to Darren and the team for an excellent service, very professional and helpful. Neil and Stan who did our move were amazing, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They took the stress out of a difficult day. Can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend.

These guys were amazing the stress i thought i would have with moving 2 homes into 1 but there were on time took stuff down if needed and rebuilt when we got to our new home - nothing got broke it was all done with care and spot on for time. Id like to add that darren who runs this company has since been back to help me remove a lot of junk the previous tenants had left. Could not say enough to tell you this company is spot on for price and professional deffo will be using again and recommending thanks again darren and team

We only moved over the road but Move Me Sooner were friendly, flexible and professional. Good clear communication throughout the process and very personable. The day of the move went smoothly, no breakages, boxes in the right rooms and furniture re-assembled.

We used move new sooner for our recent move:Positives:- friendly staff- punctualNegatives:- could have and should have cared more for the furniture being moved - quite a few cracks, chips and marks on furniture and walls - In a haste to do things at times and quality of disassembly and assembly was sacrificed which left us quite disheartened at the end of the process.- several other points which seemed to indicate that the teams taking the bookings made promises on a few fronts without consulting the team performing the job (eg the sales team assuring us that the movers would have masks - which is absolutely very hard for the movers to do given the amount of physical effort required - but such promises shouldn’t be made at the time of booking to start with; also the promise that a given piece of furniture would be taken to any location in the house - again something that wasn’t upheld on the day).Note to the company - Honesty should be at the core of any business - it’s not about appearing to be doing the right thing but actually doing the right thing and that will take you far.Note to customers - look for genuine reviews so you can make an informed decision - some of the reviews on this forum are way too brief and repetitive

10/10 would definitely recommend move me sooner. I broke the chain on my sale and purchase made the mistake of trying to do the move out on my own, knew I wanted professional movers when our purchase was ready and these guys were brilliant. Darren is friendly and professional and quick to respond to any queries you have. The guys that moved us on the day were also amazing, friendly and nothing was too much for them. Offered to go above and beyond for us.

We used Darren and his team to move two houses into one. They managed this on the same day. They were unbelievably efficient . They explained the process. Dropped off boxes and more boxes when we asked. Genuinely could not have asked for more from a moving company. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were faced with arriving at our new property to find a lot of furniture had been left behind by the previous owner they moved it into the garage so we could move our furniture in. First rate service all round would highly recommend.

We used Move me Sooner for 2 house moves, our house and the parents, they turned up on time, great service, good team and they coped well in difficult weather conditions. Good value as well.Thanks to Darren, Felicity and the team.

Darren and his team are friendly but many aspects on the move were not up to the expected level, leaving us with a bitter feeling. I must say, some of the reviews on google are really mis-leading as they are really not carefull - they dis not handle fragile boxes with special care, taking them upside down and pilling them under other heavy boxes, we lost a glass and a plate so far - they made marks and scratches in both houses (and refused to acknoledge it) and many of our furnitures have now scratches, dents or chips, this is really not satisfactory from professional movers.The contract also included dismantling and re-assembly of furnitures but here too it was not satisfactory: they refuses to bring one of the closet to the correct level based on the excuse that dismantling was not required from the first house so they would not do it to fit it in the second one (or we could have paid an extra on the day but it is ridiculous for something covered already), many of the closets were left wabbly, had to ask them to fix it better (they should have realized it themselves honestly) and one of them we had to redo it later ourselves as it was really bad, same for drawers on beds that they had to refix. The contract was also for the day, no time constrain, just satisfaction of customers at the end but again, not satisfactory: it felt really rushed at the end of the day, with many boxes left randomly on ground floor instead of brought to the correct room, as expected, and furniture assembly rushed.To finish, at the time of booking, we were told that staff would wear appropriate PPE for covid, sanitize hands, but on the day none of then was wearing a mask (apparently to hard to breath when moving items - might be true but should not be lied to initially), no face shield, no gloves and I really doubt any hand sanitizing as we have dirty hands prints on some of the furniture now.I would really not recommend this moving company

Excellent service from the team from the beginning to the very end of my move. Communication between all of us was brilliant. Sadly we had to rely on my belongings going into storage which they provided at a very low cost. All of my belongings were taken great care of throughout the whole process. They were really flexible with dates. Would highly recommend.
