Excellent service fixing a leaking toilet. Has also serviced my oil boiler quickly and efficiently! Always comes back to any queries fast and always arrives on time.

Replaced my toilet with disabled height one, replaced radiator with towel warmer. All done within 5 hours, no mess, all rubbish removed. Polite, clean tidy, excellent price. Quite frankly an all round fantastic job well done. Will be having my other toilet replaced shortly by Graham. Definitely recommend.

If you are after a Plumber who really understands customer service as in responding to your calls / mails / texts in a timely fashion, plus takes a great pride in his work as in doing things properly, making a really good job of potentially complex situations, disposing of any rubbish in the appropriate manner, plus leaving the room immaculate once the job has been done - Graham comes highly recommended (to be honest - I would now not go to anyone else as I am so impressed with his workmanship and communication skills). This recommendation is based on 3 jobs - 2 emergencies (which I hasten to add had nothing to do with Graham's work) and 1 upgrade of a shower room. Both emergencies were acted upon extremely quickly and resolved satisfactorily. The Shower Room upgrade was a complex project consisting of a new shower (with many parts being situated within the wall), shower cubicle and tray, sink (where piping needed to be inserted into the wall) and hanging draw, toilet and installation of accessories such as shelving, medicine cabinet, toilet roll holders, etc. Expectation setting was excellent, quality of workmanship - exemplary, setting budget expectations - totally transparent, time-keeping - spot on - along with a totally easy manner. Highly recommended in every sense and just wonderful to see someone take a tremendous pride in their work and ultimately provide such excellent customer service.
