DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WILL ESTIMATE THEN CHARGE YOU MOREThey gave an estimate" for 2 vans and 4 men of £550. Turned up with 2 vans and 4 men and demanded £850!! This was to my dad who had recently had a double heart bybass

Terrible service, arrived Late and said the job would be more than double as they had quoted wrong, gave me 5 minutes to decide and all one of them kept saying is I’m missing United kick off for this. The youngest one was really aggressive, they had me and they knew it so I had to pay the extra! They took over an hour to get to the new house when it was 15mins away and then the young one who was aggressive with me started to get sassy with my mother, then saw my dad and had a “panic attack” and couldn’t work!! I got told I had to pay extra for 3 men but 3 men didn’t finish the job. They took advantage of me when I was in such a position as I couldn’t do anything other than to use them. One of the guys was absolutely lovely and really empathetic and he did all the heavy lifting I didn’t catch his name though. I would never ever recommend, complete rip off!!!

They never turned up and switched phone off

Agreed upon price and item to collect. Arrived at collection address, on time and was efficient in responding on the phone.Up until this point service provided was good, however at arrival, Patrick saw the sofa and decided it was not as described. I clearly stated a 3 piece, and he clearly stated he charges per hour on the phone, this had now changed and he stated i told him 3 seater, which is untrue. He maee the error and tried to increase the price to 70 from 50.Unprofessional service, as didn't know the difference between a 3 seater sofa and a 3 piece sofa, as well as increasing the rate to 70 from the agreed 50.

Thanks to the Guys at acemanandvan, they made our move so effortless , they arrived on time and were very polite and professional, they all came in uniform and were very smart.the move was completed in good time without any hassle, damages or delays and i really could not have asked for a more efficient service, in fact i gave the team an extra bonus as a tip. i would definitely use them again or infact recommend them
