Due to a health scare early in 2022 causing me to be off work for almost six months and following advice from my consultant my wife and I decided after 36 years to make a lifestyle change and sell our family home.Initially I went on Boomin and randomly selected 3 estate agents and received guides to selling prices.I invited 2 agents to come and appraise our property and both were impressed and gave positive feedback and similar estimates for selling and fees.We chose Mark Anthony due to Matt first of all never asking what the other agent had proposed and he could see how big a decision this was for us.From deciding to go on the market with MA we were treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism, regular updates, never having to chase for answers to questions asked and viewings booked by the team with Jodie overseeing which made everything smoother.I think we were on the market for 8 days, received 14 actual viewings and received 6 offers.We settled on an offer from a couple with young children as this reminded us of 36 years earlier when we bought the property.The whole process was delightful, fun although a bit sad at the same time.My wife and I have already recommended MA to a neighbour who has also sold with them and will continue to highly recommend them.As estate agents go they in our opinion are premiership and we thank and wish the the whole team all the best for the future as we have started ours.David & Clare

We initially put our house on the market with another local estate agent based in Westbrook (at the time Mark Antony didn’t have the Chapelford branch) and had no viewings in 3 months, no calls, poor communication,. Our neighbour then recommended Mark Antony and we sold within 2 weeks. Pro-active property manager Jodie co-ordinated everything for us including organising professional photography, communication, and managed the offers, so the service was off the charts compared to the previous agent. They delivered exactly what they promised, with the fees being more than covered by the savings made through the efficiency of the whole process. Our move to the Yorkshire Dales was made much easier thanks to the efforts of everyone at Mark Antony. Would definitely recommend their professional, friendly services.

Mark Antony is one of very few estate agents who are genuine and take good care of clients. Jodie was great in communication and made sure I am up to date with the progress. Helen took care of sales progression and coordinated with everyone in the process, always quick to reply. You are setting example of how an estate agent should operate. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience and service so far. I approached Mark Antony as the previous agent wasn’t successful in marketing the property, despite a total redecoration. From the start I was confident that Mark Antony would go the extra mile. The photographs and description were excellent and made such a difference. The communication has been great and it’s lovely to have a dedicated contact who is responsible for the sale from start to finish. Within a week of the property going ‘live’ there are already 2 viewings booked!
