Stayed here for a wedding nearby. Fantastic service, helped with all our needs. Nice rooms, comfortable and quiet, clean bathrooms and a fantastic selection for breakfast. Would recommend.

I could give this place more stars if it weren't for the mattress. Too small and uncomfortable. The place is a bit off centre but close enough, breakfast included so it's not necessary to go out, it's clean reasonably priced but the mattress... What is the main thing we do when we go to hotels? Sleep. They should think of that when they buy the mattresses for Pete's sake

Very friendly welcome and local info given. Bedroom has all you need with WiFi and TV. Breakfast was continental as described with all the ingredients as required. Good location, would stay again.

It's a great budget place to stay. Rooms are spacious for one person. The twin bed room which is en suite, is good for 2 persons. The host is lovely. The breakfast is not English breakfast but they give you bread, milk, croissant, and fruits. It is self service. The place was quiet and close to two convenient stores. It is also closer to the University and the city centre.
