I was dubious as I approached the shop, I went in on my own and thought maybe it was for trade only, however I found the service excellent. The sales assistant was very approachable and helpful, he suggested some good ideas, and was able to show me lots of products that were kept in stock, so much better then buying online. I took my husband back at the weekend and we agreed which items we would purchase and they were delivered today ( Tues) at the exact time they stated which makes organising your time easier. The items were very competitively priced, I will be strongly recommending this shop to others and would purchase from them again.

Brilliant service, very knowledgeable can't do enough for you when finding the product your after. Plus being a local business you get the one to one face communication and helpfulness. If you can't get a one to one service in the shop Regency Bathroom's will get back to you promptly on Whats'App or any other social platform. Top service well worth the five star rating.

After learning about Regency Bathrooms I looked into their reviews and found everyone to be so complimentary and constantly referring to him going above and beyond and being so helpful. I visited the shop and discovered them to be exactly the same. In addition to what I came to purchase he also located other items that I needed. He's like a mind reader, and can order in such a huge variety of items. We were spoilt for choice. The after service was amazing too. I'm sending everyone I know here.

Excellent service, I called for advice prior to placing order and they could not have been more helpful. The stock arrived into them promptly and they opened the shop on a Sunday to accommodate our availability to pick it up. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend.Lana & Dave (Tamworth)
