Mecca Bingo Exeter

I go to bingo when I'm in the area. I find Holly friendly and very helpful. She stands out with her knowledge and work ethics. Always on the go and very professional when it comes to the customers. I've only witnessed her calling once and done an amazing job. I feel the the company should recognise Holly and promotion should be on the cards.

1st time in 20 years and a lot has changed very fast callers and no time between games to get ready so they can get more cash line bingo in

Having not been to bingo for a while I thought I would go with friends and family. Oh what a big mistake!!!!! Seemed to be understaffed and the staff who were there really didn't want to be. Lady caller had a attitude ". Couldn't understand her many times. Dreary tone and monotone voice. The hall is dated and very dirty. Very cold inside but guess that was because the heating probably doesn't work. Staff at bar including a senior member seemed to be enjoying themselves whilst drinking drinks. Toilets were flooded and in desperate need of some upgrading. Prize money was very poor. At one point a member of staff was emptying the machines and throwing the coins into a bucket whilst we were plaing. So missed few numbers. Overall not a pleasant experience. Won't be going again. The place probably won't last much longer if things continue as they are!"

Drove in from tiverton only to be told it is student night on a Friday and I looked on the website and it said open. I have the list of all the Tuesdays the students will be there, maybe someone should put up a list of the Friday nights too? Seems like I will have to call every time before coming in from now on, as us normal customers seem less important.

We went to Mecca bingo on Saturday 6th May as part of my daughter’s hen party. The staff were lovely helpful and really made our day with the 3 bottles of pear cider they gave us to share plus a flowering hanging basket for my daughter. It was a really kind gesture very thoughtful and appreciated! Thank you for putting up with us too - we hope we weren’t too disruptive?!Sue ( Mother of the bride )

The place is run down , locks on ladies toilets door need fixing/ replacing, coffee machines haven’t worked for god knows how long !! Get new ones ! Always short staffed and lady caller can’t understand her !

A good bingo hall, neat & clean. Food reasonably priced. Staff friendly & attentive, 5 stars to Ethan.

Came on Saturday afternoon the bar staff was seriously lacking she literally didn’t want to be there she was not helpful at all. Couldn’t order from the app which was rubbish! Kitchen staff kept coming into the bar and being really couldn’t hear while we were playing!Seems that the only people who won were on the max boards one bloke must of won on every game! Food was cheap and cheerful but not enough on the lunch menu and then the bar closed at 3 which was annoying as needed a drink and stayed on for the late.I used to come more regularly and it was great but now it’s really run down and you can tell staff aren’t interested and don’t wanna be there! Which is a real shame!

My first time,got full house with 3 other winners,had to share 50 pounds.staff were very helpful and polite when signing me up
