Excellent service from Richard and his team. The lads that was who attended my elderly parents' home was not only professional, efficient, and tidy, but they were also incredibly polite and respectful throughout their visit.Given that my parents are dealing with dementia, it was crucial to us that they felt comfortable. The lads took time to explain what they were doing in a simple and non-intimidating manner.I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and respectful plumbing services.

Moved into the (Whitstable/herne bay) area in 2018 from Thanet where my previous plumber serves that area only. Tried a couple of firms I won’t mention (as wasn’t impressed) before finding Richard @ Unique Plumbing and Heating and so glad I did find his company. Solutions to problem areas others might shy away from, competitive and fair pricing, excellent workmanship and a really likeable team. I’ve asked Richard to do a number of jobs some big some small all excellent results.I recommend this company highly !!!
