I have purchased Laminate flooring from Rotherham Parkgate South Yorkshire. Extremely bad services. They cheated me very badly putting cheaper flooring instead what I have chosen. at first calculated for 10 packs but they charged for 9 packs and put extra charges for fitting services. if you are buying with them you have to be very careful about product name you order.. number you order and double check your bills same time carefully. very badly cheating and no accept refunding. I had to take consumer help line help and waiting for refund. their website no any contact details are correct you can not contact anybody using those contact details. very bad services for customers. the other thing is warranty. very careful. they tell about warranty for 15 years online but at store only 1 year.. no any document provide for it so you won't get it. extremely bad I suffer a lot purchasing products from them. no recommend for anybody. but if you go for it extremely careful dealing with them.

Excellent service, bloke was really helpful as the laminate we wanted wasn't available in shop so arranged for us to pick up from Doncaster store with a great discount. Cheers guys

Lured into their store with promises of bargains. Paid 4x the price for some underlay. Realised in the car park so tried to return it less than 2 minutes after the sale. Was told no refunds. No attempt to resolve the issue with a goodwill gesture, just a total refusal to refund. Avoid at all costs.I was promised a reolution by the manager but it seems her solution was to block me from the Facebook page and to ignore all contact attempts. The rot seems.to go up.

Somehow all products are reduced to clear and no returns. Left with 2 packs of laminate that I can't return the store staff will not accept it. The returns policy needs to be changed. The staff never made that clear at time of purchasing.

I will not be returning to that shop first of all the flooring turn up in the 7 - 10 days as stated then the flooring is of very bad quality nothing like the sample they had in store.3 of the planks were really badly marked where they hadn't been printed properly I didn't return them because I knew I would have to wait again for them to be orderd

Very helpful, good prices, nice flooring with a good variety, and keep you updated. Definitely recommend.
