If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would. Dave and his team are so professional but at the same time treat their customers like a long lost friend.I had a boiler service and new radiators fitted and everything was absolutely spot on. Everything was explained to me as they did the job.Dave goes above & beyond for his customers & nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him & have done so. We have used Dave and his team for the last 7 years if we ever had issues or renovation tasks. He is very well experienced, professional, honest and reliable. Dave has come to the rescue at the drop of a hat and really does prioritise his customers if in need. If your after a professional, tidy , experienced plumber, this is the company to call.

In 2018 Dave installed a new state of the art boiler with a fantastic after sales maintenance package from manufacturer including 14 radiators and removed old water tanks and some of it was challenging because of inferior historical work. We have been absolutely over the moon since and Dave carries out a first class service every year. He subsequently installed a new boiler in our daughter's house and again a first class service is carried out annually. They have also done some plumbing jobs. We have no hesitation in recommending DLW to others and when needed he would be our first port of call and our daughter has the same opinion.

I contacted Dave due to all the recommendations seen on local community notice board. Only needed a boiler service and a Nest to install for us. Very pleased with Dave. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you, will definitely use again.

Recommended without reservation. Dave, with sons Luke and Ben Withers, replaced our very old Baxi conventional boiler with a Vaillant combi boiler*, removing the hot water cylinder and excess pipework. They replaced old lead gas pipe with copper. They also refit our toilet cistern, fitted a cut off valve, and serviced and cleaned the gas fire. We were amazed to have a fully functional boiler at the end of the first day. They are all hardworking, very polite and cleaned up thoroughly after each job. If you want a job doing well, you'll have no issues. They got this job as a result of promptly dealing with a leaking radiator at our son's house a couple of years ago when they made a great impression on us. (*A few days on and we wish we'd replaced it years ago.)

Been using DLW for years, great set of lads Dave, Luke and Ben (in training) who explain everything fully, but most importantly have frank open discussions about cost and what to expect. They do their work swiftly, diligently and with a smile. Great standard of work and clear care about they do, they are clean and tidy in the process. They recently serviced my boiler, fixed a radiator and replaced a kitchen tap I wouldn’t hesitate to using these lads. I like that they are also big supporters of the community and often give back by sponsoring various projects which is lovely to see and shows how they care about their community too.

Had Dave recommended to me a few years back when I needed a replacement boiler. Excellent service from the initial phone call to job completion. Have used him ever since for regular servicing as well as other repairs. Always turns up when he says he will and leaves the area of work spotless. Very trustworthy, so much so I now leave him a key if I need repairs when I’m not likely to be around. Highly recommend.
