Awful, terrible and rude staff. Best to leave your luggage at another location because there are many around the station within 2-4 min walk. You do wonder how and why these people get hired.

The prices charged here are a complete rip-off! They charge £15 PER BAG, for 24 hours. At the Brussels Midi train station they have an unmanned storage locker facility that charges only €11 for a large locker, that fits two pieces of luggage.Use a luggage app to find cheaper luggage storage nearby.

If I could give this a zero I would. They would take the luggage of one person in our group. They charged us full price to leave our luggage less than 3 hours. Made me take everything out of my bag. They didn’t even bring all of our luggage to the storage area. It was left sitting out. Staff was not polite nor were they helpful. They were rude to other customers as well. Won’t ever use them again.

Friendly staff happy to help! Especially when booking in advance (highly recommend because of the lines, and sometimes they are full), they let you skip straight through the lines. a bit pricey

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!Wow. Very bad service. Apathetic and unwelcoming staff. We left our luggages there for 3hr and 15 mins. As we had issue with finding the subway, and we were charged £45… instead of £21.I repeat do not use this service.There’s cheaper places around. And also much nicer staff too. They’re stealing the tourists !Get yourself another job if you don’t like what you do. 15 minutes late doesn’t deserve to be charged double the price.

They exploit thier monopoly at the station. The staff is lazy and unhelpful, the prices are cosmic. Try to avoid them if possible

Terribly over-priced (£15/item), beware that they charge you per item, regardless of size and weight. The guy at the desk mentioned that his boss must be a millionaire, but he doesn't see any of the profits. A 1 star rating is still too much
