Rude entitled staff with no idea on how to run the store. The manager at the store is vile and will bully customers. Steer clear of their tat and the vile people that work there

The staff in this shop are very arrogant we went to pay for our stuff the person walked off if they want to work with customers you need to be able to handle difficult customers aswell

Amazing customer service always made to feel comfortable by all staff especially by Maggie always takes her time to give advice about clothing styles and sizing that would be suitable

I purchased an item and decided it was not the right fitting so I had returned. They kept my item and did not issue me a refund but rather was aggressive and intimated me to leave the store which was not very nice for me. I would tell everyone to avoid going to such a store where you are faced with such aggression from the staff and manager and surprise surprise no security guard at present.

The staff in the shop are very arrogant with not a GCSE between them and can hardly string a sentence, yet they treat customers with complete disrespect no wonder I don't see anyone purchasing from this hideous store with outdated clothes. Stay away from the rude staff and the outdated stock
