Service discusting, I understand they are only one staff member but still, I ordered a hot drink and my order was put after next in line, not pleased at all with the way she was communicating. Don't appreciate the attitude just because I'm speaking second language i get different treatment, discussing.The place is lovely for the kids . I will be coming over and over. The meals are lovely , plenty of activities for the kids. Would recommend

We had a celebration and it was brilliant to have the kids in the playground area while having a lovely time sharing with friends. SPECIALLY THANKS TO HANNAH. For being so nice and attentive. Also to the manager with the serving of all the drinks. Definitively coming back.

Myself and my son had a brilliant time here, Katie was really friendly and helpful and really good with my son helping him do some drawing. We had food after we had played which was really good too. Would definitely recommend!

Amy and Katie really took care of my son and the family. Greeted politly, ordered drinks on arrival which was brought to the table. Food was easy to order. Food came quickly.The place was clean, warm and with fresh air. Every time a family left they cleaned the table quickly ready for the next families.

Amy served us today. She is absolutely friendly and is lovely with the children. We did my daughters birthday here. She is really good at what she does and she made our time very lovely. The place is really clean and the staff work hard to keep the kids happy and safe. Amy is a sweet heart

Came here with my kids a few days ago and had such a brilliant time. Girls loved the food & had the best time thanks to TAM! she couldn’t have done more for us, catered to our every need, she was always there checking on the girls to make sure they are okay and having a good time, she was very friendly, such a lovely girl & a great credit to the wacky team. Will be coming back very soon I’m sure as the girls have already asked to come back many times since we left. They had the best sleep ever that night to say the least. Thank you so much Tam.
