Excellent service, very helpful. My tree pruner was a pain as the blade was not retracting. Tried shimming it but not successful. I tried to get a spring online, but nothing of use. I asked Anglia Springs if they could supply one, they made one to order very quickly which I have fitted. It does the job perfectly. Many thanks!
