The equipment in use was not sanitized, just wiped down of dead skin, left on from previous customers (possibly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen). There are nail file dust and stains of nail polish all over the surfaces. If you appreciate any sort of hygiene - I would not go to the salon.

Went to this nail bar for the first time today. And so delighted I found them in my local area. Excellent job, nails look fabulous and I will be using them from now on. Lovely girls too.

I asked for a natural plain colour. I got pink. I asked multiply times to have them shorter. So aggressive with the nail file we both have multiple cuts over our fingers. My daughters nails are atrocious. When I went to pay she then said it was £10 extra as I had gel. Which I never asked for. I now have to go elsewhere and get them removed as I can’t have any colour in them needed them natural for work. We will never return. They kept swapping workers. They would get up and just go to the shop halfway through. And will be telling friend and family not too.

Really bad application of acrylic, way too thick and really bad nail shape. Had to ask multiple times to get the almond shape i wanted instead of a flat top. Will not be returning and maybe getting it done again somewhere else as its so rubbish

Pretty design but felt rushed and detail and polish is a bit wobbly in places so looks a tad messy. Also cut me twice, once quite badly so now I have a big bloody cut at my cuticle which hurts and looks horrible. Did give me a discount when I asked though. Not sure I will go back again.

Had a pedicure there this morning, walk-in appointment and was seen straight away luckily. Also had a back massage and foot massage and now feeling as light as a feather now. 10/10
