Their is one staff that I would love to give appreciation to as she is really good at her job and she helps all the residents to feel comfortable and homelyShe does so much for a certain resident and does so much for the houseYes the manager is a good manager but I feel like their could be more improvement with the staff listening to each other’s

The best care home I had ever been at all the staff were amazing and if there’s any problems within the home that be dealt with quickly and effectively all the managers are amazing especially Janet McManus. no problems at all amazing I even go back to visit. If I could give 1000 stars I would.
