When ordering flowers from a florist I have never used before, I do so with some trepidation. Will they match the description? Will they be generous or meagre? Will they be healthy and long lasting? Will the flowers and foliage be a harmonious mix, pleasingly arranged?A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a large “Flowerbug Delight” as a birthday present, and picked it up five days ago. They were, and still are, beautiful. In fact they are getting even better each day as the flowers fill out and more buds open.My wife is delighted, and so am I.UPDATE: A week later, this bouquet is still going strong! See photo #2.

Amazing service from start to finish, we visited the shop with some ideas for a funeral package. Tom was so welcoming, chatty and had plenty of ideas to add to ours. He made the funeral for our grandma so special. We got so many compliments on the flowers from guests and the funeral company.I could not thank tom enough, he turned our ideas into something so beautiful and elegant! He is such a credit to the company and will definitely be using this company from now on.3 weeks after and the flowers still have life in them! Thank you so so much❤️❤️

These splendid people provided the (albeit) simple requirements of flowers for our recent wedding: button holes, bridal bouquet & headdress, as well as table arrangements. We were absolutely delighted with what they fashioned for us in line with our requirements, as well as prompt delivery to the venue and regular communication, not to mention good value for our money. My Mum just received an absolutely stunning arrangement for her 60th. She phoned the store to thank them and even spoke to the florist who actually made them. My Mum was a florist with her own shop for years and even she said she’s never seen flowers like them! The Flower Bug will be our go to florist from now on for the whole family!

Thank you for the nicest christmas door wreath I've ever bought. It was huge!! Very full with lots of fruits and spices, all beaufitfully natural - and not a bauble or ribbon in sight, which for me, is perfect!! Great value for money. Will definately shop here again. Thank you - Jane
