Needed a screen replacement quickly due to a holiday the next day. The guys were fast and extremely friendly. Very cheap for a replacement screen aswel. Highly recommend the business and will defintaly be a future customer when its time. Aberdeen union square

The guys at Dr. Fix did a great job on my Omega Quartz Seamaster. Highlighted a problem with previous battery install prior to me buying it, that is most likely the cause of my watch to fail its pressure test, or that the seals have just perished over the last 13 years. Replaced old battery with new correct battery, cleaned and working. I least I know I won’t be wearing it to dive to 300m at least until it’s had a seal replacement service.

Very good job at fixing my I phone 14 plus screen on Saturday there now I was so chuffed and happy with it now could not fault jake who did all the work now bless him at the same time now very reasonable priced as well now would definitely come back there now I have told everyone that the prices are reasonable compared to others now . Grand job done one again Jake. one happy customer.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I fell and my phone (fortunately) took the brunt of it and the screen was destroyed. I'd used Dr Fix before for watch repairs and knew them to be reliable. My phone is an unusual model but they were able to source the parts and now it's good as new. My daughter had a similar incident and sent her phone to the manufacturer. Their service was very poor and slow compared with the excellent Dr Fix.

I can’t thank James enough for repairing my gold necklace. Not only was it very badly tangled up as it had a very fine chain, I also couldn’t take it off. No idea how James managed to de-tangle it while it was still attached to me!!! I was worried that the chain would need to be cut and then repaired. Super professional, patient and skilled. Would highly recommend Dr. Fix!

Professional and quick service. As Australian tourists whose roaming phone had totally stopped working, the staff went out of their way to assess the problem, advise us the cost (so reasonable) and had it fixed within the next hour. Strongly recommended.
