I ordered a train table for Christmas which came damaged, Kings promised to replace, I've been waiting 3 months now, they have no intention to replace. Luckily I contacted the manufacturers direct who sorted the problem, glad it wasn't a major part of the table or there would've been a disappointed child on Christmas morning. A sign of a good shop is how they deal with problems after sales, so I would definitely avoid this shop.

Crystal clear from the second you walk into this place, service and help is their number one priority. We were lucky enough to have the lovely Lorraine show us through a range of prams. Lorraine had a wealth of knowledge and tips, and was like a ninja when it came to demonstrating how effortless they were to use. Amazing selection of top quality items, and excellent service delivered by warm friendly and above all, knowledgeable staff. Could not recommend more.

Speedy delivery and excellent customer service! I purchased a Spiro hop seesaw recently and there was a slight fault with one of the parts. Lisa from Kings Baby Shop sent me a replacement straight away. Such a great customer experience - I will definitely shop here again!

I needed a double pram ASAP and seen they had the mountain buggy in stock. There were none in any of the Dublin shops I called. Denise was so helpful and organised for the buggy to be shipped on the day and I had it by the next morning. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend. Thanks a million guys.

Absolutely excellent service, extremely fast delivery (orderd saterday arived tuesday morning), i bought a venicci tinum 2.0 in teal bay 3 in 1 set, i had searched for this colour for weeks around dublin and i was told 12 weeks wait, fortunately kings baby shop had it in stoke and a much better price tje i was origally looking at paying, and it even included all parts extra in price such as changing bag, footmuff insert, rain covers mosquito net, and more, for under 1000 including delivery, highly recomend this shop im delighted with purchase

Called the shop to request a gift for my friend in Ireland. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and patient with me and took the time to explain each product. Didn't catch her name but she provided great customer service. I will make sure I come beak each year for birthdays etc. Thank you!
