Kay is an amazing yoga teacher....mind, spirit and body. Her classes have helped me gain strength both physically and mentally. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes which have deepened my own understanding of yoga. Kay accommodates all levels and provides adjustments when needed. Thank you Kay for your wonderful classes.

Kay was my yoga teacher for over 5 years and I loved every session. Even if I was feeling off I could go my class confident that she would push me only as far as I could manage that night. On my wedding day she led Emily and me through a special mother daughter yoga session which settled me and allowed me to enjoy the ceremony absolutely in the moment. Moving house means I can no longer attend her classes but they are always in my heart.

I joined Kay's Treswell group as an absolute beginner this year. Kay is such a kind and knowledgeable teacher giving us many options for each position so anyone can do Yoga. Loving the classes and looking forward to learning more. X

Being new to yoga Kay is a great instructor. Great at explaining the position and the right breathing techniques. Definitely recommend her & her classes
