AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The most horrendous shopping experience I have ever had! I was served by Simon (name on the invoice) who was the most obnoxious, unhelpful, ignorant, unprofessional and insulting person I have ever met. I am a professional tradesman and I unfortunately chose this shop to buy my plumbing materials, hoping, that they would offer guidance, help and a positive shopping experience, how wrong could I be!! Both myself (50) and my father in law (70) who between us have 120 years of shopping experience both agree that this was the worst and most horrendous retail experience of our lives!! Neither of us will ever return to James Hargreaves based on this horrifying experience!!! TRUST ME, GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!
