I ordered a conservatory 7 windows front an back door. I found this company the cheapest on 5 quotes. The fitting team turned up on time and job was complete in 2 1/2 days. I think they done a great job so happy with the windows.

I have waited months having called arena windows on multiple occasions to fix my front door and everytime told they will look into it and get back to me but never do, awful service from them would not use them again

I would just like to thank the staff at Arena windows and doors for their excellent service from start to finish.Bobbie came to measure and suggested what would be best for our needs and recommended which type of door we needed. He had a good range to choose from and we valued his suggestions.We were booked in and the fitters turned up as arranged.They were quick,efficient,tidy and pleasant. We could not fault this company in any way.We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and would most certainly use them again if need be. NEVER get your windows and doors done by these people they are happy to turn up and fit them for you and take money off you quick enough, but if anything ever goes wrong with them then they don't turn up on any day or time requested and their customer service is absolutely dreadful such as putting phones down on customers who have paid for these windows and doors. We have had a small problem with the bottom of our patio door not locking properly in which they stated on the phone would be a very quick fix, how-ever after waiting months for them to get back to us and to book a time and date they have FAILED to turn up FOUR times.

One star still seems too generous for this place. Receptionists (both) were extremely rude and by no means pleasant. No customer care whatsoever. Vile, full of verbal diarrhoea and extremely unprofessional - to be on the forefront of a customer focused business, I would look elsewhere. Very surprised at managers/ owners allowing this type of gross bullying behaviour to take precedence especially in this day and age. The only person who suffered in this diabolical charade, was my elderly housebound mother who has dementia- appreciate your help and time Arena Windows I’m disgusted with you.

Woman who answered the phone needs to polish up her customer service skills which are sadly lacking very rude. Had my whole house fitted with new windows and doors, they wanted final payment before job was completed obviously no one in there right mind would do that.

Had full house of windows and doors fitted. Great service provided. Fitters were finish within 2 days.. would definitely recommend.
