It has limited stock as it's a city centre convenience. But it is a very well located store with excellent opening times and therefore a great place to get something for tea. Poor range of spices and fresh food is quite limited. Sells newspapers and lots of convenience food as you would expect

Two security guards standing by the door, one unmasked, you have to walk past both with no social distancing to enter the store. Both self serve checkouts broken and only one staff member on the till. Awful.

Been shopping here every day for 3 years, spoken to staff and surcurity on many occasions. Popped in today to grab my tortoise some salad but they did not have the one he normally eats. When leaving i was accused of shoplifting by the surcurity. Atleast have some sort of evidence for suspicion before harassing customers.

A Terrible shop. Avoid at all costs!The queue is always huge.I have been charged twice for the same shop multiple times, there might be some scam going on here.Products are often mis-priced and about half the items in the shop have no associated price information.The self checkout machines do not work, even the staff advise against trying to use them.The products themselves are frequently out of date, so can't be sold once you get to the til.I have bought items on more than one occasion that have been opened already and have had to bin.I would return items and complain but the queue is always so slow and painful it's not worth the time.

Physically cannot shop here without feeling intimated and scared by the drug users who sit in the door way. The shoplifters harass staff and I do not feel safe at all shopping here.
