Phil and team helped us choose the right flooring, answering all our questions and putting us at ease. His flooring installers were really good too and did a professional job in laying LVT and carpet. Would reccomend if you're interested in a quality service coupled with competitive prices.

Floorscope laid a new Karndean floor for us in the living room of our old farm house. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process as we decided between a range of options for the room. Once we decided to go with them, they scheduled the fitting process swiftly and the installer was very professional. We are delighted with the result.

Avoid this company at all costs. Appalling customer service, the owner will not speak to customers when there’s issues, the staff have no experience or knowledge on the flooring they are selling & they still owe me money months on. I’m not the only person they owe money too either!

We are delighted with our new Karndean floor. The fitter arrived on the day agreed albeit late in the day. This was due to an unforseen snag at his prior job.Karl discussed this with us and he agreed to work late so the job remained on schedule. The following day he again arrived on time but then worked late once more to complete the job a day early. We appreciated this gesture as we had relatives visiting from Australia a day or two later. We cannot thank Karl enough as he is an excellent fitter who is friendly and communicates well. Floorscope were an easy company to deal with and the products are high quality. We would definitely recommend them and we would ask for Karl to do future jobs for us.

The service from Phil M and the team was brilliant, start to finish. Clear advice when I chose my carpet and LVT. Including recommendations on underlay and Lino for the bathroom. Fitting was done professionally and quickly, no mess was created during fitting, or left after they’d finished. Even down to hoover the new carpet for me. Excellent service and brilliant quality. We just had the second of two visits by Floorscope carpet fitters. The carpets were fitted very promptly and efficiently. In total we had 4 fitters over the two visits; they were very polite, friendly and tidied up when they left. We are delighted with the finished result and would definitely use them again.The prices were very reasonable and the job was finished within a month of first going into the shop.We booked through the new Corbridge show room, but this has not yet been set up on google maps to allow reviews to be added.

The flooring is amazing and so is the workmanship and service that goes into it, from start to finished I was updated on the progress of the job. Disruption was kept to a minimum with debris cleared as the fitter went along.

Charlie and the rest of the team helped a great deal with our search for a new carpet for our living room. They have a cracking selection, great prices and the customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend visiting them for all of your flooring needs.
