Great selection of equipment at a reasonable price, however so far, the customer service is AWFUL. I placed an order, paid the extra to have quicker delivery, now the items haven't arrived and the tracking info is showing an estimated delivery date past the date that I need the items for (hence paying MORE for quicker delivery). No phone number to actually speak to anyone, email customer services and no reply yet (although it does say it may take 24hours etc... but this is NO good to me at all as I am chasing an order that was due to be delivered TODAY, not in 24hours time). Sadly, even if they are the best price, I will not, and would not recommend anyone else uses this company. Its all fine if everything goes as it should, but if u do have a problem, getting hold of someone Is IMPOSSIBLE. I have been fair, I have given customer services 12hours to respond to me before writing this review, and I don't tend to complain often... but good customer service is ESSENTIAL for customers... and this company certainly doesn't have that.IF my order gets resolved in time, I will update my review.... so if this doesn't change, clearly they didn't fix the issue!

Never trust these scam artists look at their reviews! Wrong or used shoes sent out, no numbers to call, the good reviews are fake! STAY CLEAR STAY CLEAR My son had an international athletics competition and needed spikes and we thought 7 days would have been plenty of time - 25 days later and nothing! Ordered from sportsshoes and Triple jump spikes got delivered 2 days after ordering the. SCAMMERS

The website has been well set up and looks extremely professional however deliveries take several days. I attempted to make a change to an order immediately after making it (my mistake), the company has no phone number and only operate via an online chat. This was not working when I needed to change my order so was left with no option but to receive an incorrect order and pay for the return. The company responded with a generic email telling me I could return the items but I do not consider this good enough bearing in mind I had sent them an email explaining the situation seconds after the order was placed, which was ignored.

First and last purchase with them!Customer Service very unhelpful and not responsive, I was entitled a discount but it was never applied. I then applied for a refund but they simply stopped answering my emails.Unprofessional, untrustworthy and non-existing service.I would strongly advise to use different companies.

Now, was looking for the cricket Gray Nicolls Halmet in green color for a while and luckily found it with Prodirect. As per what they mentioned in their website, they were prompt and I received my order through DHL all the way from Uk to Dubai in 3 days time.Now I did saw some some negative reviews, however, as per what I have experienced, I did email them and right away I received their email in return without any delay.Product quality is amazing and I’m very very happy with them. Ordered online, received email to say boots would be despatched, then heard nothing for a week until i chased via email. Told boots were not in stock and I would get a refund in 7 days. No explanation why they had not contacted me to tell me the boots were not available. Basically I leant them £60 for 2 weeks, interest free!

Yes, I am a real person. I ordered boots at a price I could not believe. I ordered the wrong size. I tried to exchange but was refunded. When I asked what happened. They replied quickly enough, although they didn't really understand why it happened either, so they told me to reorder, and they would refund my shipping, which they did. Although it was a slight inconvenience I feel like they took responsibility for the mishap and to be honest this was the first time a company has ever said, sorry

Absolutely shocking customer service, they have owed me £70 after my trainers didn't turn up for 2 months and no one will respond properly to my emails, there is no contact number to ring - I just am still, 2 months later, going around in circles and getting nowhere - Is this company even genuine!

My niece wanted a pair of ‘Jordan’s’ I roughly had an idea of what they were, but she was a 2.5 size shoe, not kids but the smallest child trainers and in the sought out plain white.Pro direct was the ONLY place online in this size after shopping for hours comparing sites and trainers! They came in great time and were absolutely perfect.She loved them and albeit she needed to grow into them a bit she absolutely loved them! Thanks Pro direct!
