It wasn't my choice but the insurance company's. my neighbor damaged my car. slight dent in the wheel arch and cracked paint on the bumper. after 4 months of waiting for the repair, they took the car for 4 weeks, after a call from them that the car was ready for collection, I found a repainted bumper in a completely different shade of white that did not match any element of the car. the wheel arch was still dented and did not come together with the bumper at all. I asked to speak to the manager who apologized for the actual faulty repair. I left the car for another 8 days. at that time they straightened the wheel arch but the color was still poorly matched. the explanations that I had a previous repair makes them unable to match the right shade does not work for me because the previous repair was carried out exemplary and here I recommend east bilney couchworks norwich. after east bilney couchworks repair, the color of the car was visually factory in every place. I gave up because I didn't think that auto doc garage could do something more, or rather I was afraid that they do something even worse. I wasn't wrong after a week the bumper stopped aligning with the wheel arch. really poor standard of repair. stay far away. Second star only for theirCompany car.

I wanted some aesthetic parts painted and fitted to my car, which i look after very well. Choosing the right place to leave my pride and joy with was very important and i had complete trust with Autodoc. They have done a superb job at matching the paint colour and a perfect gloss black smooth finish. I wont hesitate to go back there for other work which im already planning.The only downfall is it seems i was the unlucky one whos booking had been lost during a transfer to a new system so i had to re-book and wait a further week and then the inital 3 days i was told turned into 5 days with less work and i then called up mid afternoon on a Friday to see if i was going to get my car before the weekend. Perhaps if id have been called to be updated that i could collect before the weekend as i feel if i didnt do anything it would have been left but this really isnt a big issue as these things happen.Overall, in terms of the quality of the results, i wouldnt have it any other way. Autodoc may be higher priced than others but remember youre paying for their years of experience and the care and attention to detail and thats why i will choose them again.

I don't usually write reviews for a lot of things, if I do then it's to have a good complain about a product or service, like most of us! But this one is a good one and I wanted to because I was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Took my Jaguar to get an estimate for the work and despite shopping about, these guys were were HALF the price of other quotes. Service was fantastic, dealt through Adam and Richard and were really helpful friendly guys. Work was completed in 5 days, (obviously depending on the extent of your car damage) needing a whole bumper spray, new grill, badge and a dent out of the bonnet and respray. The work carried out was exceedingly brilliant. Made it all look brand new. Cannot recommend these guys enough and hoping I don't have anymore mishaps, if I do, I'll be returning and go nowhere else. Went to this excellent car repair shop to fix my damaged Fiat 500 bumper after an altercation with a pheasant !!. These guys did a fantastic job, my car is back to how it was when it came out of the showroom. Very friendly and helpful staff providing a high level of customer service. Will definitely recommend.

Can't recommend Richard and the Autodoc team enough. Thoroughly professional and friendly service from start to finish. My usual garage didn't want to take on the job when my bonnet release cable broke on my Scirocco and had advised taking it to a body shop. The job wasn't too much hassle for Autodoc who took it on and turned it around quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Really lovely team, will be sure to use and recommend in the future. Thanks!

Huge shout out to this company, our aging Mini was hit in the rear bumper, the insurance company used Autodoc so I called them to arrange a repair.From the first phone call I was greeted by a friendly Lady who offered all the information needed.On arrival to the business premises we where greeted by another very friendly lady on reception who talked us through the repair process.I had a couple of questions so a very kind gentleman looked over our cherished car to advise me what would happen during the repair process, we left our car with them and the end result of the repair went above and beyond our expectation.Many thanks to the Autodoc team we are very grateful for the excellent service you provided to us.

Interested, responsive and the quality of work is second to none.Used last year for some non-insurance work on my day van and now back to finish off some final changes I wanted (body work and paint).The kind of company that feels like it has been around forever so their name is their guarantee, whilst their prices, methods and equipment are modern and competitive.Adam, Richard, Keith and Emma are all great to chat to and really know their stuff. For body or paint work in Norfolk, I’d go nowhere else.

Had car taken in for front end repair which took 2 months from my claim to when the car actually went in. It went in for nearly a month. Got car back 2 weeks ago and have been having a few problems with our parking sensors since the work. Which we never had even with the damage. Got to admit I am not entirely convinced with their professionalism in matters of communication and total work. But when i picked up the car it looked good and the receptionist was very polite.
