Cheshire Retreat
I want people to be warned everyone - I made an appointment and then had a car accident, so I asked for a refund. I was told by Treatwell that £300 of my hard-earned money wouldn't be refunded, and the clinic's manager was arrogant and inconsiderate. If I want to consume and reschedule, I must pay £150. I begged them to refund my hard-earned money. The woman suggested to take a taxi or anything and come this weekend if you want the service. Please don't arrange appointments here, and avoid them.

Went for a consultation regarding a beauty procedure and spoke to Rebecca. She is extremely knowledgeable and not only addressed all my concerns but also gave me the confidence to book an appointment with her. The premises are modern and tastefully decorated. I have now had my brows microbladed and today had my 6 weeks top up and I am absolutely delighted with the result. I love the colour and shape of my eyebrows and I feel I now have much more definition to my eyes and face as a whole. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca at Cheshire Retreat

the ladies here are lovely, we were down on a weekend away and they couldn't have been nicer. my nails were beautiful. wish we lived closer as I would definitely make this our regular salon.

Love coming to Cheshire retreat. The staff are so lovely and professional and my treatment results are always perfect. I visit regularly for a range of treatments even though I actually live about 30 minute drive away. Most recently I have had a course of laser hair removal which has been fantastic I saw results after just a couple of sessions. Best money ever spent! Highly recommend. Thank you Cheshire Retreat! X

They cancelled my wedding nails with less than a weeks notice and haven’t refunded my deposit despite asking twice. I asked them to confirm the colour from my trial so I can try and buy it but they have not responded. They did offer me random other appointments on other days which is obviously not practical for your wedding. Caused lot of stress, would definitely not recommend if you need a guaranteed appointment.

I was extremely disappointed with my friend's experience at this business. Not only did they keep £300 from her after a car accident, but they also denied her request to reschedule and were unaccommodating. To make matters worse, they even blocked her on Facebook after she reached out for assistance. The manner in which the manager spoke to my friend over the phone was unacceptable, and showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. I would not recommend this business to anyone, as they appear to prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers

Been going to Cheshire retreat for all my treatments for 2 years now. Always outstanding service. Loved my eyelashes, false tan, makeup, nails and facial for my wedding. All the girls are incredibly friendly and talented at what they do!

I got my acrylics done here the other day and they were lovely the service all together was very good and I am very happy with the outcome. I traveled up here for a wedding and managed to get a last minute appointment, I would defonetly be back.
