Friendly staff, food not as good as other branches.Pickled red onion was way too big & the cutlery is useless.Will go back as a spectator as my Son loves it

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE DIETARY NEEDS. I ordered a lettuce bowl to be suitable for my gestational diabetes. A rice bowl arrived. I called the branch and they did not care at all. I won't be ordering from here again, I wouldn't take the risk if I were you.

The most rubbish burrito I had in my life. Cheap quality ingredients, awful taste and the wrap doesn't come toasted. Such a waste of money! I paid £24 for 2 burritos and 1 drink. The food gone in the bin. They advertise one price and once you purchase they charge u extra money for almost each ingredient they put in the burrito.

The food here was amazing. Fresh ingredients and staff so helpful explaining everything you can have. Nice atmosphere and great venue for people watching. Will definitely be eating here again.

The food was wonderful, and we could personalise it to our tastes. In addition to one chair and a little desk inside, there are around five small tables outside where we can dine. We don't have to wait for the meal to be cooked, which is a speciality. It will arrive in two to three minutes.

I go all the time and have the burrito. It never disappoints, I highly recommend!The whole team, specially Mia are always going above and beyond to provide the best service and atmosphere.

A nice place for a quick snack when you're out shopping. The food was tasty enough, I had a naked burrito, all was cooked well. I'd say it was just about good value, although, hot drinks being available would've been nice. All in all, I enjoyed it.

I went to Tortilla Coventry to eat Tres Tacos with Guacamole. I felt like the quantity is less as compared to the their other stores. I took a portion of Guacamole by paying extra but again the quantity was less. For the amount I paid, I don’t think it’s worth it. The other thing is that I had to stand and eat as there was no space left to sit and eat.
