Waled in with a product code scribbled on a piece of paper. Guy behind the counter was able to read some of my scrawl, and correctly identified that I wanted a pollen filter. Impressive!Five minutes later I had my part and was walking out.Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Good stuff

So should be simple, 1 option to purchase on the website. Ordered collected wrong part no on the product. Go back for an exchange to be told 3 times it was me that had ordered the wrong part by a counter clerk who needs some customer service training in manners. Still insistent on me being in the wrong as he was giving me a refund. Ordered now from a company who can match part no to products. Dreadful need I say more

Seem to have what ever you need for the car. Good that they take time to get details of your vehicle so you are more likely to get the right part first time. I bought a Steering wheel lock and they were cheaper than Amazon. Parkings a bit sparse

Bought some brake pads after 1 month of light use they started to cause score marks on my new discs, i had to purchase a new set of pads to have fitted before returning the old pads for a refund at my expense. No reimbursements for the damage to my new £1000 front discs. I was fobed off with the excuse it could be down to cleaning chemicals which i find laughable considering i have never used any on my car. But they did refund the faulty pads.
