Steve was a fantastic help to me after I was the victim of a hacker, he reassured me that sadly I was not alone in being taken in! After sorting out the computer (& telling me the hard drive was finished - this is what the hackers rely on, you having problems) he then recommended & installed a new laptop (& rescued my photos)then patiently taught me how to use it! He has been a fantastic help, as always, I couldn't recommend him more highly - thanks a lot Steve!

My computer was operating exceedingly slowly and needed the battery replaced. Steve installed a new battery, cleaned up the computer and installed a solid state drive(SSD) - the result is astounding. I am very very pleased with it. Thank you.

A very professional and friendly service rang with a laptop problem at 10 in the morning and by 2 it was fixed, Steve talked me through what was happening and kept me updated. Was pleasantly surprised at the cost as well, being charged only for the time taken for the repair. Would recomend Behest to anyone with computer problems and would use them again in the future if needed

Steve cleaned up my computer, getting rid of all the clutter and, since it was still running slowly, he installed a solid state drive (SSD) in place of the hard disc drive. It now feels like a different machine, so fast and responsive! I highly recommend Behest Computer Services for an efficient, friendly and cost-effective service!

Always very helpful and efficient. Have experienced a range of help from having a whole new laptop setup and lots of business software transferred to calls with problems that weren't easily solved by me. Steve was able to talk me through fixing them in no time at all. He is so reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy. Regularly recommend them to friends and colleagues

I cannot believe the difference that the extra memory Steve has installed has made to the speed of my computer - it’s amazing! I’m so pleased I thought to mention to him how slow it was, and that he was able to come up with a fix (and so quickly) – without his advice I would have still been sitting here, putting up with a slow computer and blaming cookies!

Steve literally knows everything there is to know about computers! It's refreshing to get advice for the best options both financially and performance wise. Steve is always prompt to respond, helpful and friendly. My husband and I use him for our home laptops and I also use Steve for my small business needs where he has been very handy indeed. I always call Steve and Heather first with anything to do with my computers, from fixing any of them, protecting them or buying a new one to get the best and most honest advice .. and they are offer very fair prices, too!
