Amazing service start to finish highly recommend.

Fantastic service at the best price around.Used many many skip hire companies. You put up with drivers who want to dump the skip wherever is most convenient for them, you endure the endless calls to get the damned thing picked up after you want rid of it. (just like when you've finished your inflight meal).Not Hammond. Open from 7am, they delivered the skip next day at 8am. Driver even got his saw out to lop an overhanging branch so I could have it on the drive in a position where I could still get cars in and out.Asked for pick up on a Monday but filled the skip the same day (Friday). Called to ask if I could pull the pick up date forward.. no promises

Really helpful staff, use this company at work and have just had skip for my mums house move, more rubbish than we though, Hammond's available to accommodate another skip at very short notice and remove the skip before the house move, would recommend and re-use. 5/5. Dave Lea.

Absolutely appalling company would not advise anyone to use these con artists! All staff including the manager have an attitude problem absolutely zero customer service skills between them. I have never been spoken to by a company like this ever in my life extremely rude and completely unprofessional. They will refuse to take the skip saying it is a health and safety risk as it is “overflowing” which is a lie that they use to overcharge as when you pay more than agreed it suddenly isn’t a health risk and are perfectly happy to take the skip. If I could give minus stars I really would this company should not be in business, I wish I would of seen the other bad reviews first so I could of prevented getting ripped off.

I recently bought a house and was having some refurbishment work done. I called them last week expressing the importance of having the Skip on a specific day, they said they couldn't do the required day but could do Monday. I paid for a few handy men to come to the house on the Monday to help with removing the waste. We waited all day for the Skip only for it not arrive as promised on Monday! I called them up on Tuesday only for a manager/director to be utterly rude and unprofessional to me informing me that 'its accepted practice within the trade for people to not turn up and then come out the next day', I have paid for other work men to come to help me who I have had to pay extra because Hammonds seem to think they do not need to come on time as promised! I have already wasted enough money with this lot and will not be using their services ever again! Stay away!

One of the best! They go over and above to help you out, special thanks to Dan for arranging collection of a skip before Christmas. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

worst experience with hammond ,skip was not much overloaded but driver refused to take. first driver asked for extra money when i refused to pay then he said i can't take it its overloaded.

**0 stars should be an option, 1 isn’t even deserved!**Absolutely disgusted at the behaviour and attitude of this company. Not only did they refuse to remove my skip on several occasions, due to it being overfilled, which in this case was not a fault of mine as it was situated in Coventry town and public had access to it. They had said they would collect it if i paid £130 cash to the driver, he would bring another skip and i would empty half. The skip man charged me £200 cash only flung a net over the skip and took it. Bear in mind he did not leave the skip i agreed to or the price. I was basically charged £200 for them to collect a skip they said was deemed as unsafe. The attitude of the staffs i spoke to including the manager was disgraceful. The manager spoke to me with disrespect and aggression. Told me he was not doing anything about it and patronised me by saying listen and i will tell you when you’re aloud to speak. I do not expect to be spoken to like this by anyone! Let alone a manager of a company. I am mortified by the level of unprofessionalism or lack of should i say. I was sent an invoice saying i had not paid anything when i had paid the driver £200. Not only did they lie, be disrespectful they also took my money that I shouldn’t had paid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scamming customers out of money and being beyond rude serious dodgy business happening!
