Graham and Jo worked with both our Miniature Schnauzers, Willow and Anya. Willow had terrible fussy eating issues that drove us to our wits end while Anya had developed reactivity issues. After just 2 sessions and fantastic support over the phone we were able to overcome Willow's fussy eating completely. Anya is still a work in progress but we know exactly where we are going and how to correct it. We feel empowered as dog owners as opposed to flailing and helpless. Their experience really is second to none and they feel like friends to us. After getting my rescue dog and bringing her to my office I started to notice her behaviour changing which disrupted work and my relationship with my dog. I sought help from Jo at Bark Busters who, after a lengthy home visit, came to my office and gave me incredibly helpful training to change mine and my dog's behaviour.The results were honestly life changing. Having been so stressed before, Jo was reassuring and direct in her training that office life became bearable again and mine and my dog's relationship has become stronger as a result. I feel assured that if anything were to happen with her behaviour again, that I'd be able to rely on Jo to help me address it successfully!

Fantastic experience. We had problems with one of our dogs who was grumpy, guarding objects and scared in some situations. With a young child we were concerned of what ifs.Jo helped us through the process offering hints, tips, guidance, info sheets and items to try through our three visits. Jo recommended using a Thundershirt for when our dog gets scared - it really makes a difference during firework season and for long car journeys. Definitely value for money! And, after an operation on his cruciate ligament Jo suggested an inflatable buster collar as a sensible alternative to the heavy plastic cone of shame. It was still necessary to use the cone for a while but the buster collar was great for the car to allow him to turn around without distressing himself. Since our visits Jo has stayed in touch providing advice in her usual friendly manner. All in all we are very pleased with the service.

Two families merging was a daunting process as far as our pups were concerned. A Staffordshire bull terrier, Shih-Tzu and a Maltese... We now live together in a peaceful home, thanks to Jo and her calm and professional approach. She is a delight and really brought so much happiness to my household with her magic touch. Always available to deal with any concerns we may have and making a lot of sense with her input. We learned so much from her and how to read and understand the behaviour of the pups.I won't hesitate your to approach Bark Busters if you need pup politics resolved. Much more simple than Brexit! The cost is also very reasonable and well worth it.

Jo has been brilliant ever since I got my puppy and realised that I was way out of my depth. She had my puppy under her spell within ten minutes of her initial visit and has been a godsend since with repeat visits, park meetings and support via phone and text. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Graham for some lead training tuition and he has also quite clearly got the magic touch when it comes to dogs. My puppy is coming on in leaps and bounds, quite literally at times, and my knowledge and confidence have grown exponentially. She is developing into a lovely natured, well behaved dog and this is largely down to the excellent support and guidance of Jo and Graham.

After my dog was spayed, she started developing a number of issues with her confidence and was anxious to be around other people.Jo unpacked any single issue, provided a wide range of exercises to correct wrong behaviour and create new habits, and went above and beyond in training both myself and my dog providing continued support.Working with her was the best decision I have made as a dog owner and I could not recommend her more!

I'm so happy that I got in touch with Bark Busters. My French bulldog Rowan tends to be naughty and gets triggered by outside movement/people, as well as loud noises, which can result in barking.I'm so grateful for such friendly and informative services. Jo has given me techniques to use, to help me manage his behaviour. She is always a phone call or email away if I ever need her assistance. Her help and support is above and beyond and you can tell it's more than a job for her, and she really does care about dogs. The difference in Rowan is night and day.I am a wheelchair user and have had trouble finding trainers that will adapt to my needs as past experiences have left me feeling quite negative. Jo has been brilliant and worked a miracle with Peggy, who was refusing food to the point she was losing weight fast while I was at my wits end trying to get her to eat.Once any medical issues had been ruled out, Jo helped me understand and manage Peggy's behaviour with her super clear and easy to follow 'picky eaters plan', reducing both mine and Peggy's stress and she's now back on track.While I was panicking that my dog was starving herself to death, even wondering if it might be better for Peggy to be re-homed somewhere where she would be happy and relaxed enough to eat, Jo's calm advice and support reassured me that the problem was common and fixable.Peggy will always be a picky poppet, as some dogs just are, but I now have the know-how to nip it in the bud before it becomes a big problem and know that I can always go back to Jo for further advice.I can't thank Jo enough for her help and would recommend her to anyone experiencing any kind of behavioural concerns with their dogs.
