Not much stock. Wanted to buy shoes or boots but weren't available in size required (size 9 Common?), then decided on a jumper instead but sizes were limited again so, sadly, didn't end up with a purchase. Staff were kind, polite and as helpful as they could be with limited stock.

Store sales used worn shoes. Returned home to find the boots filthy, stones in soles and insides worn. No way of returning without going back into store over a hour away. Not even an apology

AVOID spending £130 on their shoes. They'll look like this within 12 months and nobody in the shop cares enough to do anything about it. They told me to come in and we'll see what we can do!" only to say "we can't do anything". A waste of time

I visited the store yesterday with a year old squeaky timberland boot. The staff here are amazing they simply explained that there must be a fault with the shoe stricture and said if there was something I liked in store then pick it out and they will exchange them straight away. I couldn't believe it. This store went above and beyond my expectations and it's another reason I have, and always will buy Timberland footwear.Massive thanks to the 2 staff members who helped me our.

Ok store but the woman didn't seem to be very helpful it was 1930 on a Saturday night so no doubt wanted to go home but I was there to buy a new pair of trainers and her attitude completely put me off decided to buy them on line and saved myself £30.00.. And if you have ever been in timberland you will know it is Not cheap! So they lost out on a sale.
