Staff leave residents on their own far too long.They ignore the bell from residents .Staff spend most of their time on their phones.They are not there for the residents and think they can ignore them because they can't answer back.The only good reviews are nearly 2years old.There are some good staff but not enough to make a difference.

Takes for ever for staff to answer telephne. I have to constantly ring over and over again before I get answer. Front door has bell which often is not working. At times staff have walked past door despite fact I'm waiting for it to be answered and continue their conversation with other staff members knowing I'm at the door. Often agency staff in charge who haven't got a clue about residents and is pointless asking for information. I telephoned one night and the agency worker's found it extremely difficult to understand what I was asking,so much so i could the srgument

Friendly

Loved this home when my mum first went and we had a different manager. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it now it definitely on the slippery slope going downhill. Staff not staying long run by agency staff a lot of time who don’t know the home or residents
