I bought oven had very good experience better price than other big stores . I was struggling to understand how to use the person visit again on request and sort that out. They are very co operative can recommend them highly enough.

AVOID - they are a bunch of useless retailers who will promise you prompt service but will fail to deliver. We delt with a guy called Sharif. He was cool & professional on the phone but then failed to deliver twice ( when we took afternoon & evening off to wait for delivery ). When we tried to call him he kept given us lies after lies & didn’t even try to deliver. A disgraceful service.

Bought a dryer with a sensor fault, tried in vain to arrange a collection for return, but they blocked my number.

Used these guys when my tenant's washing machine stopped working. Agreed to a Beko integrated machine as it is built in. After canceling a few times they showed up and fitted a Grundig machine. Not what we agreed.They couldn't fit the cupboard door to the machine as the hinges were different and left the bottom panel off and took the door away.Two months later and after several texts, calls, missed calls, I am still waiting. I talked to the boss a few times and always got 'I will go tomorrow evening,' only for him to not show up again and again.This evening was the fourth time! Incredibly frustrating, especially because we had a long chat on the phone yesterday and he gave me his word he will come. They have no regard for their customers, or for other people's time. They are an absolute disgrace.Please steer clear of these people, they will only let you down.EDIT:The washing machine has now broken down and I have had to get a different company out to repair and they say it is probably best to replace it, costing about £450!Tried calling this company and they don't answer my calls.

Ordered a fridge freezer, which was delivered late. Removal of the old fridge freezer was paid for, they kept making excuses for 6 weeks. Still not collected after 6 weeks. Parts of the new fridge freezer were broken, still waiting for the new parts, they don’t answer my calls.

Our old oven went pop, went to this store told the young lad what we wanted he moved stuff around for us immediately to show us, very good service very polite, oven working as should, had a dent in the back that no one can see, definitely recommend them

Excellent service, they take their time to explain everything, no pushy sales tactics.Very good prices, you can’t purchase these items cheaper anywhere else in Slough.I’ve been purchasing white goods for over 15 years and they’ve lasted for an extremely long time.Just bought a chimney cooler hood, it was £200 cheaper then online!Would highly recommend.

Honest friendly people to deal with, been buying appliances from this shop for many years for all my properties. Delivery and fitting is usually same day! Always satisfied by the service, highly recommended
