Daniel the store manger was very friendly we had a lovely chat and he seemed like he really cared for his staff which is lovely too see. I was served by India and she was absolutely amazing, Even despite I was asking loads of questions she handled them very professionally and Didn’t have a problem with me not being able to understand everything, she broke everything down for me, so I could understand everything, which was so nice of her. Thank you so much India for helping me out I really appreciate it :) and Lewis another member off staff seemed very friendly had a lovely chat with him, and was very approachable. Seemed like a very nice place to walk in too, I was having a very stressful day and walking into the shop made me really happy, cause the staff there act like your a person and not just trying to sell stuff too you like other stores, I totally recommend this Store if anyone is looking for a cheap deal, and with amazing customer service go here! thank you so much guys I appreciate the support and service you guys gave me :)

I cannot thank or praise, Daniel and his team enough. Not only did they resolve my problems quickly, they saved me money.As a disabled person, suffering with anxiety. I had already entered the store, with raised levels. I felt the team explained things in great detail and even wrote information down for me. I left the store feeling a lot calmer than I had entered it.I am more than happy to recommend Daniel and his team. They are a credit to three.

Visited the three Carmarthen shop today for an upgrade on my iPhone. We were served by Lewis who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in his service. He was also very chatty and pleasant to converse with. He helped us to get the best deal and I really felt like we got our money’s worth as he’d spent the time to work out the best deal for us which was very much appreciated.

Hi I just wanted to sing the praises of Lewis & Dan at the Carmarthen 3 Store, especially Lewis, he has dealt with me on at least 4 different occasions & is a friendly & knowledgeable guy, he also has great banter. This occasion of getting an upgrade on my son's phone has been very challenging to say the least but through no fault of the store it has really been an up hill struggle. If it wasn't for Lewis, I wouldn't have persevered for the new upgrade but he tried his best to get things on track with the help of Dan (who btw makes a mean cup of tea) believe me it was needed. Thanks again guy's for everything!!

We popped in to see about the SIM only deals.Thanks to the infamous Lewis, we found a perfect deal, I even upgraded my contract saving time and money and Kelly now has a Lenovo tablet which is perfect for book reading!Lewis was very informative, works very hard (and a lot ;-) ) and made the experience a fun one!Brilliant work Lewis, and fantastic job THREE!

Great trip to the 3 store in Carmarthen today. Lewis met us at the door and sold us exactly what we were looking for with no pressure to spend any more than I wanted to. I left with a great deal and a smile on my face, even my wife was happy! Lewis knows the products, the deals and the hardware inside out and is engaging and funny as well. Top job 3, happy customers today :)

Really happy with amazing help and support from Jessica who was in training and Dan the manager. They helped me so much by setting up my phone and looking after me. I couldn't have asked for better service. So kind happy warm fun and full of life. I am really pleased with my experience in the three store Carmarthen. Thank you both very much. 5+ stars all the way.
