Good healthy options for food. Service could be improved by being slightly quicker and if water could be served without asking for it.The salmon bao was a little disappointing. Expensive for quality and quantity. Very very dry and salmon looked like it was from a can and not fresh.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. We were on our way back to Liverpool. Rheanna served us. She was not only very informative over the menu but pleasant and engaging. A real asset to your company. We will definitely be back !

We visited here on a whim for supper, and very much enjoyed the light and fresh nourish bowls that Grounded Kitchen offer. We shared some beef bao buns (£8.95), which are stuffed with roasted Angus beef, crispy fried onions, pickled mooli, coriander, spring onions and chilli. These were very delicious but over-stuffed, and the bao bun ‘hinge’ burst open as we were trying to pick them up.The chicken gochujang (£10.95) and chicken bulgogi (£10.95) meals we had were very delicious. Everything is pre-prepped, so we received them just minutes after placing our order (the ingredients are added into the bowl, depending on the order). The bowls came with warm rice at the bottom, tepid chicken (I would have preferred the rice and meat to be served hot) and the other salad/veg ingredients are chilled. They were tasty, and portion sizes are generous. There is a lot of different ingredients in the bowls, from kimchi to grated pickled carrot and grated beetroot, and a good amount of avocado. It wasn’t stodgy, and had a pleasant range of flavours and textures, and felt healthy.You order at the counter, and receive a buzzer to go and collect your food when it’s ready. There were three members of staff so not quite sure why they can’t bring the food to the tables. There was a good range of soft drinks for us to choose from as well - Cawston Press apple or rhubarb sodas, Fentimans cola, ginger beer and lemonade, and Firefly chilled tea drinks. We paid £35 for the two mains, 1 portion of bao buns, and two soft drinks which we felt was very good value.There are also loo facilities inside the restaurant, and tables with plug & USB sockets.

I popped in for a quick lunch today and I was really impressed. The service was impeccable. Friendly, helpful and attentive. I order the Tofu Simchi. It arrived quickly and it was absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely come back again! This is what fast food should be. Simple, healthy and quick and served with a smile.

Grounded Kitchen have an objective in mind - Korean street food, but the healthy side. It's all very healthy-looking in there, there's lots of stuff on the menu if you're looking for a balanced meal. Not somewhere I'd go for an evening meal, but it's ideal for a tasty lunch! Not much to say about the inside, it's a functional space filled mostly with stools and bars. The staff were friendly enough but the food took a while to prepare, all things considered. The food was good, not amazing, but good enough to consider going again for something with a little more spice to it! The baos were amazing in texture but could have held a little more meat and a little less coriander. Overall a pleasurable experience and better food than you'll get at nearby major coffee chains for a similar price. Will be back with adjusted expectations.

We had no idea what food we fancied, so we just had a walk around the food court. We saw two chicken Gochujangs go out the door of this place... Looked fantastic, sold!We ordered exactly what we saw, and it was brilliant, so many different flavours throughout the bowl.Would definitely come back with a group of mates next time, they'd love it.The staff clearly care a lot about what they do, and they're doing a great job. Thank you!

What a disappointment ! Used to go to Grounded Kitchen a lot when they were at King Street and was happy to queue for half an hour during my lunch break as the food was so good - really tasty, fresh and zingy. Just ordered a delivery from the Fosse Park branch and it was just awful. The bulgogi beef was tough and tasted like it had been boiled and was so tasteless I had to add some barbecue sauce. The rice tasted like it had been sitting around on the counter for a couple of hours and the avocado was mushy and overripe. Only managed to eat about half of it. Just awful.

They were having issues taking payments at the time we arrived so had to order online which wasn't the easiest as my phone kept freezing on the website.Flavours were really good, tofu could have done with a little more flavour and it was quite firm than what I'm used to.Frappe was really good but would have expected a bigger cup for the price.When we arrived there were quite a few staff standing around when tables could have been tidied (we had to do that ourselves)But all in all, I probably would go back.
