Rich was amazing! After having three driving tests with another instructor I decided to switch to a new one and passed first time with Rich! He was so patient and respectful in every lesson. And his main motto was to teach you how to drive for life not just to pass the test. He’s always a laugh and can make you feel better when needed. I highly recommend!

I can't recommend Rich highly enough - thanks to him, I passed my driving test first time with only two minors, which I would never have believed possible. I'd had a few different driving instructors before and never got anywhere, and after a nine-year gap I'd lost all confidence in my ability to learn to drive. Rich managed to restore that confidence immediately - he was always really calm and patient and nice, and he was great at easing my nerves about being on the road. He explains everything in such a clear way and he provides lots of fantastic resources to help with understanding. He clearly puts so much thought into his lessons - they were always really well-structured and were tailored to my specific needs, and he was great at identifying my recurring mistakes and understanding the root of each issue and how to resolve it. He was always willing to spend time working through techniques and manoeuvres until I was totally comfortable with them. He is a fantastic teacher - with previous instructors I have felt that I was just being told how to pass a driving test, but with Rich I felt like I was taught how to drive. Thanks so much!

I want to say a massive thank you to Rich from Passmaster! At the beginning I was very nervous about driving and was struggling to get my head round the basics. Rich was extremely patient and took everything at my own pace and was more than happy to answer all questions whilst building up my knowledge and confidence.Each lesson was tailored to my individual needs, I never felt like I was being rushed and no question was a stupid one! Every lesson was fun and we had a right laugh along the way.When test day arrived I was very nervous and very much doubted myself, and again Rich made me feel very supported, at complete ease and I am over the moon that I passed this week with no minors which I never thought would be possible!! It has been an absolute pleasure to be taught by Rich and I will miss my Friday mornings, cannot thank Passmaster enough!
