Thanks for the care and professionalism you showed in Roxxie's last few minutes. I was worried after calling 3 vets this morning, that we wouldn't be able to have her pts at home, but you guys saved the day. Thank you for making what is such a tough time for any pet owner, the easiest it could be. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

If you have problem with eye your dog can't recommend this clinic. Dog had some problem before visit clinic.diagnostic was blinded on left eye I keep dog at the clinic 3 hours then pick up the dog after 6 hours can't opening properly eye. Pics is before visit clinic and after 5 days off appointment he got now problem with second eye!!!!!

I am extremely happy that I have changed to Regans Vets. The reception team were super friendly and explained everything to me in detail regarding The Healthy Pet Club. Once in with the vet for my cat’s appointment, she gave him a full health check and his vaccination. She was caring and very helpful.I feel confident that my cat is in good hands now and he will receive the best treatment and care he deserves.

Our first visit to our new vets with Rosie and Ruby 8 week old German Shepherd sisters. The whole experience was great lovely staff and very knowledgeble vet who explained what each vaccination was , give us info about their dietary needs as puppies and also for the future. A Great Practice A Star from Rosie and Ruby X

Always professional, always caring and always accommodating. I have never been refused treatment either for an appointment, emergency or not, nor by telephone. Regan’s vets are by far the best. When my oldest dog died 4 years ago they were so compassionate and made our last moments together as good as possible in such an awful situation.Honestly I could praise them all day long.

Failed to give compassion with my generally fit and healthy dog who had a seizure. I contacted them when he had a second seizure and was told they would call me as all the vets were busy. Over 5 hours later a vet left a voicemail telling me not to worry but to contact an out of hours vet if I'm still worried or he worsens. By this time my dog had died in our family home. Horrendous treatment. Still haven't had a call asking how he's getting on.
