I hobbled into Copa Chiropractic after two weeks of suffering constant chronic lower back pain; a recurrence of an old injury that I hadn't been able to shake. A herniated disc at the bottom of my back was placing pressure on my sciatic nerve, causing immense pain and discomfort, weakness in my legs and numbness in my feet, leaving me unable to stand up straight, sit at work or turn in bed.After completing an online questionnaire, Sadique carried out an assessment of my problem by asking me a series of questions and getting me to perform a range of movements. At the end of the assessment Sadique diagnosed my condition and carried out some minor adjustments on my back and booked me in for a return visit.Visit after visit, week on week my back pain has reduced and my range of movement has improved out of sight. Targeted stretches and exercises have further improved my flexibility and four months on my back pain is now completely under control. I can move and lift items with confidence again. I still complete the strecthes daily, including any time I feel any stiffness in my back. I no longer fear a potential relapse is around the corner.I've gone from being unable to turn in bed to returning to the gym and exercising reguarly.I have already recommended Copa Chiropractic to anyone I know who is suffering from back pain and would recommend them to anyone searching for a Chiropractor, looking to solve their own back problems. 10/10.

What a Journey!! I've suffered with many injuries over the years, and about two years ago, i'd had enough!With luck on my side i was referred to James at Copa.It's not an easy process to understand, but James will explain that time and commitment from yourself and him will give you the ability to physically improve.My main aim was to enjoy playing golf again, and thanks to James' expertise & understanding, i've recently played loads! (Badly of course, but at least i enjoyed it!)Can't recommend James & Sadique enough! Sadique has been treating my neck and back for six weeks and it has made a big difference. I first went to Copa because of a stiff neck and lower back pain. Nothing chronic or debilitating but enough to make some daily activities like long car drives uncomfortable. At first I was nervous wondering whether the treatment would be painful or possibly make things worse. I am happy to say the treatment doesn't hurt. Quite the opposite. It brings a sense of relief as it releases the tension in my back and neck and I am no longer experiencing those daily niggles I had learned to live with. My posture and mobility have improved. Once your back has been adjusted, you'll naturally want to stand straighter and move more freely without any of the aches.

I have had lower back pain for around 3/4 years with exceptional pain in my glutes, particularly when walking.
