I had a problem with my PAYG and couldn't sort it my self, so I visited the Keighley shop where Johnny at the shop was extremely helpful in sorting out the problem and helped with the live on line chat. I would recommend this store without hesitation. Top class service. Thank you Johnny.

I came into the store today and needed to get a new phone urgently which included setting up a new contract. I was dealt with by Aidan- he was unbelievably helpful and got me sorted within an hour. He assisted me in which plan/phone was best for me personally and was really patient. Definitely recommend!!

I was helped by a very cool young man called Jakub if I have the spelling correct. Very helpful considerate and with a sense of humour. I've been with 3 For seven to eight years but I've never used one of there shops to buy from. Well I'm glad I did because I got a great and mean great offer and I was talked through it all by this young professional Jakub. Three need to upgrade the team there because they where polite not pushy just all round professionals. It's not three that make the individual but the individual who make three possible.

Sorta pointless this store existing as you cannot cancel contracts but yet you can take them out here. Had many issues with the male asian memeber of staff here over the years, including his attitude.

Poor service. I went on two different days and both times the servers were down. Offensive questions including asking if my name was foreign. Unhelpful and rude, I have been with them for years and this is appalling so have changed companies.

Want to say a massive thank you to the lovely lady at your store, I think from what I could catch her name was Annessa.She was extremely helpful and explained everything to me fully even though the store was going to be closing in 10 minutes she didn’t hesitate to assist me.She seemed excited to explain the features and benefits of three and keen to help with upgrading my phone. Explaining the go binge and the snapchat filters, it was a lovely personal touch from her as she showed me what I would be gaining.I know how hard retail can be to work in and it was refreshing to see a cheerful smile throughout.

I had amazing service from Chelsea and lucazh from start to ongoing help. As a person with limited knowledge of technology I needed someone to help me get set up.Both stepped up to the mark.I feel it is vital that shops with such competent staff remain and I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a new phone.Thanks for your help.Regards Stuart.

I have been a long term three customer for best part since maybe 2002.My Samsung galaxy of 7 years recently packed in. Anyways I was looking at buying a new phone asap due to the nature Iof what I do. Having bought a S9+ then realising they took nano sim cards I headed out to the shop to get one.There I met joanna who assisted me in doing just that. After a few questions about my situation she found that I was paying more then what she had on offer both short term and long term. I ended up saving £16 p/m off my current sim only contract (albeit for 6month) but after that I would still be saving at least £6 p/m on what I currently have.She then assisted me in setting up my Samsung s9+ which I am grateful for. Highly recommend people going into the shop for phone queries.
