Great place to learn! I had 4 snowboard lessons and all the instructors were great and very helpful. I recommend just avoiding busy times, like December as it's hard to really enjoy it when you're learning and it's crowded. They should put less people learning together in the same space. But other than that it's a great place to learn and practice.

Full of food franchises to choose from:- Subway, Frankie & Benny's, Starbuck's, Bella Italia, Nando's, Taco Bell,. So no shortage of choices to eat or drink..... It even has a snow slope, bowling alley, cine world cinema - not to mention a pub inside it - The Winter Seam"

Great for skiing. Staff always seem too busy or not available, needs a better system for getting ski's and equipment at busy times. Cafe and viewing area good.

The soft play area is good, lots of things for the little ones to do. I was surprised to find that the only drinks they had for the little ones were fruit shoots or a box of juice. There are no little bottles of water. Not all kids drink juice! Thankfully, I keep water with me.

Nice entertainment centre packed full of all sorts of activities and food outlets.Has a large retail outlet next door too.

Morning all! We must go hear every week. There's a hell of a lot todo hear, snow boarding, skiing, rock climbing, ab sailing, gravity which is a trampoline play for the kids and big kids, outdoor rides, these are all ticket rides,£10 for 10 tickets.There's a cash machine on site but will charge you £1.99 for the privilege. Now there is a full size go-kart track upstairs.A soft play upstairs, later quest, build a bear, an arcade,Cinaworld. And a fully sized bowling centre, with bar and arcade. Onsite gym upstairs.Lots of places to buy sports and outdoor clothing, and there must be at least 15 places to eat including TGI Fridays,which on my personal opinion has gone down hill rather past... prices have gone up and food is nothing like it use tobe at all... probably won't be going back again after today 28/7/23. franky&bennys , nandos , big fellas, burger King, Bella Italian, Ask, starbuks and so on.Plenty of parking but this places does get really busy. Toilets on site , disabled access to everything . Parking is free.. if you can find a space.....

Fabulous day out with so much under one roof and an attached shopping outlet. There are plenty of bars and restaraunts here a long with other activities such as crazy golf, climbing and a cinema. Very large free car park also and a wetherspoons if you are after a reasonably priced meal or drink. Would return here definitely.

Brilliant place to spend the day with the family so much to do.. plenty of fun and food and drinks all under one roof!

Amazing. I visited the new swimming area to watch my granddaughter take her lesson. It is fantastic. Lovely and vibrant colours, very friendly staff and a very clean area.We also visited golf where we had a cup of tea and a toasted tea cake. Delicious. Staff are amazing and very friendly.
