If I honestly can give a 0 star I would I am absolutely and beyond disgusted with the service that they provided. The front reception people are absolutely horrible especially this one particular man he is beyond rude. I called in at 8 on a Tuesday, after how many calls they finally picked up and told me that I need to call the actual GP instead of my doctor and so I did. On Wednesday I called 67 TIMES!!! and on the 68th time that i called they picked up. I was talking to a man and he was absolutely shocking, the way he talks, his tone it was just mortifying then when I was telling him an issue that I had, he proceeds to hang up on me AFTER I had sat there and called for 67th times then I called in again and they hanged up the phone. So I called my doctors phone and they tell me to call In the next day!! What does a person have to do to get a proper treatment or the respect they deserve. I am never rude when I call I speak with manners and I had never had an issue with anyone. But these people are just beyond ridiculous. Which is why I’m going to change my GP and honestly I advise you to do the same if you want to be treated with respect.

It’s very difficult to book an appointment, at The Clayton Health Center , as their telephone lines are always busy ! However if you walk in there they wouldn’t even book you, an emergency appointment either . However some of the staffs are nice and helpful. But the receptionists are rude !

I am under Clayton Health Centre for my feet, suffering from diabetes I have to monitor the condition of both my feet and nails, I was suffering with bad pain in my toe and rang the emergency foot clinic who got me in straight away, I was very lucky because my nail was ingrowing and could have an infection within days, the care term were amazing, From the wonderful person who took my call to the very professional podiatristThank you very much

Been here my whole life and now if I could give this place a 0 star I would do. It's unbelievable how it's still open! The receptionists (M & N in particular), are in desperate need of training because their people skills are *dangerously* bad! Save yourself and don't go here. I can't describe how rude reception staff are (bar one young girl who is very sweet), shut it down or get new staff.

The receptionists think they are doctors, and having to wait 3-4 weeks to see a doctor when your ill is totally unacceptable. I am 72 and suffer with stage 4 CKD and couldn't get to see a doctor. My husband had to run me to the hospital. This is below standard in anyone's book.I don't know why they can't have a walk in for an hour before like most doctors.A&E is not meant for Anything&Everything

The woman Doctor Khan is probably one of the most rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She called me regarding a medication I didn’t really feel comfortable taking due to personal reasons and instead of letting me explain said reasons over the phone she just screams over you and doesn’t let you get a word in. I’ve also had a normal face-to-face consultations with her and she’s very dismissive and talks quite fast, so if you were to ask her to repeat what she said she gets worked up and snaps at you for not understanding the first time. There’s also a major lack of listening so you can’t get your problem accross as she won’t let you speak. She’s been rude to my parents who are also patients at Clayton Health Centre and have been for many years. I’m a very easygoing polite person and also quite shy, so being spoken to like that by anybody, especially a healthcare professional always takes me aback and makes me want to switch surgeries.

I echo the words of many others, if I could give a zero rating I certainly would, (Gatekeepers on patrol)I get told on one occasion that my prescription would be ready later today, then after speaking again on the phone shortly after I get message with a change of mind, now it will be tomorrow after 4, (how childish) all because the pharmacy told me that they were lazy, his words not mine, (but now I see his point) so now I have to wait longer for my meds, as I see it it's out off anger, some people need to grow up!Neither the doctors (call handler) or the pharmacy would give me any emergency meds for my blood pressure, no wonder the NHS is on its knees, now I have to call 111 after 6pm to get a emergency supply of medication, total mismanagement,I have the right to free speech, the system needs a good shake up, the COVID honeymoon is over, start looking after all your patients instead of thinking just about yourselves,I'm speaking about one or two of the staff not all, so I would just like to make that clear.

Try to see a doctor is impossible even when the doctor tells you they want to see you they need to stop telephone calling and get back to being accessable in the surgery

Although we may feel the time we have to wait seems long when we make an appointment to see the Dr. I personally would like to thank the receptionists especially for Dr.Singh and Dr.Side for the help and consideration they have always given me Their friendliness always makes me feel I am not a burden to them, which is easy to feel when you are getting older and have to see the Dr on a regular basis. It makes my life that bit happier So I would like to say a big THANK YOU *to THEM ALL.

Rang for 4 days straight for an emergency appointment.. morning and afternoon.. after day 4 the call was answered at 1:33pm.. The receptionist told me all appointments had gone. I said I really need to see a doctor I'm a vulnerable patient. She asked me what the emergency was to which I said that's confidentiality between me and my GP. her attitude became disgusting and she told me if you are that sick go to a walk in centre'. In a really nasty manner.I told her her attitude is disgusting and I'm going to be making a complaint.3 days later I received a letter asking ME to sign the violent patient form if I wish to remain at the surgery..This has resulted in massive anxiety and I've left myself without medical care as a result"
