Bricket Wood Paintball Centre

The experience was so awful we have made a complaint and may take legal action. In addition to our complaint which I have pasted below let me add; the organisation was chaotic, the facilities were disgusting and the as service was appalling. For example; it was our son's tenth birthday and the children were supposed to have a choice of hot dog or hamburger which would be served after an hours play.The children did not start playing until 50 minutes after arrival.Once they started my wife and I looked for some where to lay out a birthday table.There was nowhere available so we set up on a demonstration table outside. Needless to say it was filthy but we had brought table cloths. There were only a couple of chairs but it didn't matter. No sooner had we set up when the kids after 10 minutes play came out and the manager shouted over that hotdogs were served and plonked down foil wrapped hot dogs on a dirty table at the other end of the yard. One boy does not like hot dogs so I asked for a hamburger. The manager lied to me and said my wife ordered hot for everyone. I did not know at that point it wasn't true. The little boy was offered a veggie burger (It sounds like they had no or ran out of hamburgers).He ended up with a bag of hula hoops instead. We were fortunate it was good weather or our outdoor picnic would have been a washout as well. The toilets in portakabin had no seats,toilet paper,runner water to wash hands, soap or hand towels. All of the above don't phase us, it is what happened next that truly horrified us. Please see my wife's review to read our complaint. Unfortunately, I have ran out of space to write more

Great place to meet up with friends and have a fun time doing something outdoors in the fresh air! Very competitive prices and fast paced games out in the woods with a load of great places to hide. Highly recommended!

Was the best paintballing experience I've ever had, amazing staff and great prices aswell as a brilliant atmosphere. Shout out to tank, quality guy who makes sure you have nothing short of the greatest experience.. 5 stars is a understatement!

Very nice big place. Lot of fun. U have many games that were quite enjoyable. There is parking there. Lots of paintball. U can also buy extras fir example gloves more paintball. All you belongings are stored safely. Additionally there is target practice where you can practice ur shots. U can get a better gun and can upgrade things u can get bombs and other stuff to make the game more enjoyable. It ends with a big game where its all against all which makes it extremely thrilling

I bought a groupon voucher it said we will get some lunch at the afternoon.... we didn’t get anything, they said we can order some pizza but we will have to pay for it... anyway! The paintball was all right, stuff is okay, guns ok, clothes are NOT waterproof, many time the paintball hit me but didn’t blow up I think wasn’t enough gas pressure in the guns . It was fun in the end .

We had the hen do of one of our friends. It was fun quick well explained and secure. The only request is hand soap in the toilets please, otherwise all brilliant!!!

I don't know what all the complaining is about! By far the best paintball I've been too. Not as expensive as delta force. Better equipment, and the staff are more fun. The zones are better than delta force. More over grown and a bit let loose making for a better experience as it's easier to hide and run round to find people. Yes the front area looks a bit rum down and tatty but that shouldn't matter if your going to get covered in mud and paint anyway. Struggling to see some people's problems.

Today was our 2nd visit and we'll be back again soon. Great location with plenty of parking.Friendly marshalls and management.We ordered pizza to come to the centre and there was offered hot bags to keep it warm whilst waiting for the boys which was nice.Despite being busy it was well organized and our group of 11 had an amazing time with 2 other groups.Only downside was there was no soap or even running water in the toilets.. luckily we had hand sanitizer!

Absolutely amazing, very reasonably priced, in fact a bargain for the quality of game play and the fun promised. Fields are of varying sizes with different types of games. Food served is good quality and clean. Masks could be comfier but for £5 an excellent upgrade mask is available which is comfy and lenses do not fog up (worth it). Staff are really helpful, friendly, funny, comforting (friend of mine cried and was cheered up by a marshall), if you are interested in men the staff are also attractive especially rob
