I was looking at several Range Rover Sport models across the country and came across Auto 100 via the Autotrader website.The car looked amazing complete with full main dealer service history and low mileage.Presentation video was very informative providing all the detail I required to make a decision on my next purchase. I contacted the dealer, made my deposit and arranged to collect the car.The location was a long way from where I live in Cornwall but I was collected from the station and driven to the dealership to complete the handover.The staff were helpful and friendly, I was even shown around the premises where the very impressive stock is housed providing me with further confidence I had purchased from a reputable dealership, that coupled of course with the 3 month warranty with the car.As for the car itself, it is amazing and I am very happy, the drive back to Cornwall was faultless and looking forward to driving for years to come.

I purchased a AMG C63 today! My overall customer journey was fantastic from my initial phone call with Richard to collecting the vehicle. I brought a lovely Jaguar F-Type from these guys. I have to say the whole buying process was slick and easy. The sales staff and the handover went without a hitch. All my calls and emails were answered promptly and nothing seemed to much trouble. The hand over and final documentation went well and the car was prepped beautifully. So hats of to Chris and Lewis for a trouble free purchase. The drive home was fantastic, roof down and grinning like a Cheshire cat. I will definitely revisit when it's time to change and have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

I recently purchased a 2018 Porsche 911 991.2 GTS from Auto100.co.uk. While the brand reputation of Porsche and the inherent quality of the vehicle itself is not in question, my experience with the dealership post-purchase has been less than satisfactory, leading to a reconsideration of my initial positive impression.Shortly after the purchase (104 days, 1400 miles), I encountered several significant issues with the vehicle, including an oil leak in the turbo and severe corrosion on the exhaust clamps. These problems, likely pre-existing, were not disclosed at the time of sale. Additionally, the car arrived with a pitted and scratched windscreen and had noticeable swirl marks on the exterior, indicating subpar valeting.When I approached Auto100.co.uk for resolution, their response was disappointing and immediately dismissive. They insisted that these faults, even under warranty, would not be covered, citing them as normal for a vehicle of its age and mileage. This stance was concerning, especially given the dealership's promotion of itself as a provider of 'Quality Prestige Car Sales' with an inventory including high-end brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bentley, and rightly questions the value of their said warranty which I thankfully declined to extend.The dealership also repeatedly suggested that my expectations are to elevate the car to a 'new Porsche standard.' This is a misrepresentation of my stance. My expectation was, and remains, that a premium, high-value vehicle such as this would be sold without such significant pre-existing issues, or at least that these issues would be openly disclosed prior to purchase.The dealership's unwillingness to adequately address these problems, alongside their mischaracterisation of my expectations, has significantly tainted my overall satisfaction. It is disheartening to invest in what should be a premium purchase, only to encounter such challenges and a lack of support from the selling dealership.This review is intended to provide an honest and transparent account of my experience. While the Porsche 911 991.2 GTS is an exceptional vehicle, potential buyers should be aware of the possible challenges in post-sale support and the quality of care from Auto100.co.uk. I would strongly advise to take any vehicle you are considering purchasing from Auto100.co.uk for an independent assessment prior to purchase.

not sure where to start, bought my 2nd car lamborghini hurican from these guys (Anthony, Adam and team) absolutely top of there game as far as I'm concerned, customer service is on point made to feel very welcome and drove away very very happy. even get a follow up call asking how I'm enjoying the car which was a nice touch . definitely recommend

Absolute joke of a business. Agreed a sale of my vehicle to them through CarWow but had to wait almost a month for them to come and collect it. When they did, they decided that a tyre needed replacing - fair enough, no issues there. But the Purchase Manager, Tim, decided that the value of the tyre was £300 and that was how much he was going to chip me for the cost. I asked to speak to him and attempted to reason with him regarding the cost of the tyre. Not a word could I get in to the conversation - Tim is the rudest man I've spoken to in a long time and apparently because he's been in the trade for a long time and does this for a living, he knows more about tyre prices than I do. For info, the tyre was priced at £168 at KwikFit and £167 at F1 Autocentre. He wouldn't allow me to finish a sentence and gave me two options: accept the offer of £300 off the price or cancel the sale, then put the phone down. The driver, who was an absolute gentleman, had driven 182 miles to get to me, was told to turn around and drive an empty trailer back. I tried to speak to the logistics team, who I'd been speaking to in order to arrange the collection and they said I wasn't the first person to comment on Tim's rudeness, but there was nothing they could do. So, I'm not sat with a £50,000 car on my drive and am committed to another purchase. Cheers Auto100, you've got yourselves a real gem of a guy there in Tim.Tip to anyone thinking of selling to Auto100: be prepared to be chipped by Tim, and for him to be rude to you when you challenge it. Or actually, just avoid them and sell elsewhere, they're not worth the hassle.Edited after the response by Auto100:- Tim did not explain that he was allowing for 2 tyres, he was justifying the price of 1- You haven't tried to collect the car, I have email trails showing that I have chased you multiple times for a collection date to be confirmed. You've given reasons of sickness in the team and a broken down trailer, and being 2 weeks behind.- Of course the mileage is going to increase on the car, I have to drive it whilst I'm awaiting collection!- Your driver, Steve, will bear witness to the fact that I was not 'confrontational' in the slightest when trying to communicate with Tim. I couldn't get a word in edgeways when attempting to discuss the amount he was chipping for the tyre before he hung up on me, despite asking several times for him to allow me to speak. Both Steve and Alex in the office apologised for his behaviour. I think that says it all.
