Picked up a radiator from this store on Friday the 10th November, Emily B served me she was very helpful and wheeled the rad out and lifted it into the car, considering she is not very tall she made it look easy.A very pleasant member of staff and a great asset to your company.

Placed click and collect order online, arrived at the store within 10min and the order was waiting on the counter ready for collection. Very quick and easy purchase. Was served by a lovely member of staff by the name of Paige who got the items ready for me to be collected. Pleasant tidy store with good levels of stock. Will do my business here again.

Brilliant team at Stortford Toolstation, very helpful and very professional. Needed a connecter for tank overflow, tried every plumbing shop possible around Stortford but no luck. Recently opened and trade account and moved over from Screwfix. The staff in this branch are very helpful and speedy when placing orders or finding information on a product.Also the store is laid out well, as you enter showing the latest products and special offers. No longer shop at Screwfix round the corner.
