From the knowledge of the office girls helping us choose the flooring / carpet, to the professional timed installation was all excellent.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Haddenham Carpets are awesome! We got our carpets for our new 3,000 sq ft barn conversion from them, as we did for our old house.The team came when they said, were very diligent with advise on trims and left a clean & tidy house. They even came back to make some minor adjustments when we had some extra wardrobes fitted.We certainly wouldn't use anyone else. Well worth waiting for the few weeks lead time they usually have for fitting.

Excellent service and a good choice of carpets and vinyl. The fitting of both the carpet and vinyl were expertly done.

I had ordered carpets and laminate flooring from Haddenham carpets. They are possibly the most stressful and unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. The company do not value the customer at all and only does things to suit their own needs.1) I ordered £4000 worth of products but none of the fitters had any availability for 4-5 weeks (this wasn't an issue and I understand that it is a busy period).2) So I decided to get them to order the items for me and deliver it to me instead. They had told me that they will drop it off at my house but only at their convenience but I would need to find people to off load the items. So to accommodate them I took the day off and arranged for people to help me offload the items. Then they end up dropping the items off when I wasnt at the house and didn't even have the courtesy to call me (I was told that I would get a call on when they would drop off the items). When I called them they had said that they left the items on my porch. When I complained about not getting a call from the delivery person they didn't even have the courtesy to offer an apology.3) It would have been a lot cheaper for me to order the carpets and laminate myself online. At least they would have delivered at my convenience.Their fitting changes are extorsiante as well. I had got quotes from 5 different fitters and they were all cheaper than Haddenham Carpets. Neena their customer service consultant needs a lesson in treating customers with respect and care.Please value your custimers more. At the end of the day we are paying for your services. You are not doing this for free!!Have a good day.

I ordered three rooms worth of flooring from Haddenham Carpets but did not find them customer friendly and would not recommend them because they prefer to schedule appointments according to their criteria rather than mine as a customer. The laminate floor fitting lead was particularly unhelpful and was a problem maker rather than a problem solver.

Just had most of my house carpeted Haddenham carpets done a first rate job highly recommended.
